Spreadex are CFD/Spreadbet providers so is more likely to be short term traders than holdings from a fund manager

I note in the placing RNS that the EPSA facility with Riverfront & YA has around 5million shares remaining and WSG elected to extend the facility until the end of 2021. Am I right in assuming YA/Riverfort will continue to sell 1/12th of these shares each month (416,000 shares) and pay the proceeds to WSG?

This is a preliminary XTF result from only the first 20M of mineralisation of a 815M long hole.
It's a great result so far with significant copper mineralisation encountered just where it was expected

Don't be silly it's only the first 20M and there were some intersections at 0.6%.
This is only a tiny fraction of the overall result so lots more to come. The main thing at this stage is that they have intersected the mineralisation

Great news: "Significant copper mineralisation commenced in the hole at a depth of 110m and continues to the current depth of the drill hole at 213.1m". Just what we were hoping for!

The price dropped because there was a large tranche of shares being sold by Humber (AKA Forest). Following the sale of those share the price has since recovered as there seems to be strong demand. I think we'll see a further recovery in the next week or so to 0.8p so don't be tempted to sell.

why do people sell when it is NT to buy?

Probably because the large seller is out. I'm being quoted 0.7p to buy right now so the share price should keep going up if people don't hand their shares to the market makers

I also note that Sanderson received an additional 1.25% as a fee for the funding facility. Following that, as DC already noted, Sanderson issued a TR1, declaring a 3.35% holding. I think any past shenanigans should be behind us now as XTR starts receiving meaningful cashflows from production at its various projects

I wasn't a shareholder back then but it is clear from reading through RNSs that Sanderson bought its shares in the last two placings.
