It's worth pointing out to those new to ORM that the directors are highly experienced. In a recent article they were referred to as a 'rockstar' board. From previous RNSs we know they have looked at around 80 resource projects, so the one they have selected should be a truly 'exceptional' opportunity to create significant value for shareholders.

Good time to get in now the company is fully funded and lots of drilling to look forward to which could drive the share price higher. In yesterday's RNS it was said: "Early stage exploration work is frequently discounted by the market from company valuations until drill intersections are available and consequently, we believe this work will help to drive shareholder value."

The directors are clearly excited about the drilling campaign and following the significant amount of trenching are confident about delivered some exciting drilling results at Bibemi.

Drilling results from the Fare target in Senegal are also due anytime from IAMGOLD. Previous drill results there include bonanza grade gold with 7.00 m grading 86.39 g/t Au. It's well worth doing some research on Chesser Resources (ASX: CHZ) with its Diamba Sud prospect just 10 km east of Fare. Recent drill results there resulted in a big increase in the share price and the market cap is now A$107 million. Oriole's Senala licence is about 5 times the size of Chester's and has multiple targets whilst Chester has only 1.

Looks like there was strong demand for the fundraise and the company could have raised more if it wanted to.
Oriole could do very well from here now it is cashed up and has lots of newsflow due in the coming weeks/months on multiple fronts.

The guidance in the trading update today was " On track to conclude 2020 by reporting a modest maiden profit before tax".
That is profitable at company level including all G&A costs. Capex will be minimal now as the company has already paid for the mine in full and for the recent big increase in capacity.

The presentation must be going well :-)
