Very positive RNS today. Results to date have been so good that the project is on the fast track to production. Lots of newsflow to follow with drilling results, metallurgical test work, preliminary economic assessment and further details about route to production of vanadium, iron ore and the exceptionally high grade titanium dioxide. All work funded from existing cash so no dilution for shareholders.

600 million shares are being issued for the acquisition. That's a hell of a lot of dilution and isn't far off doubling the amount of shares in issue

Great progress shown in today's announcement and highlights the very good grades. Further drilling to look forward to shortly and makes sense to delay the PEA whilst the resource size is increased.
As Dcat80 has already pointed out it looks like the project is being groomed for a sale or JV with a larger company

GDP just sold the mine for $1.5m plus a 1% net smelter royalty. This is for a working mine with plant and infrastructure, not just mining licences. This should be considered when valuing RRR's licences in Kenya

Most likely ORM won't pay anything for a new asset. It will be an earn -in agreement where it takes a percentage of the asset in return for spending money on developing it further.

Q2 Production held up well despite Covid - only a tiny 2% decrease from Q1. I suspect they will now be ramping up production given the recent 45% rise in the copper price
