My gut feeling is the bank's etc. will want to see a period of stability before releasing any funds but this is likely to take months rather than weeks.

WTI is currently trading at a 7-year high above $77/barrel and Brent just hit $81
NTOG share price is still trading close to multi-year low share price so it would take much buying to see a significant re-rate higher

It's a $10million bank facility so there's over $7.65million headroom above the current borrowing base (which is based on existing proven reserves) that NTOG can utilise to acquire assets with proven reserves at a very low interest rate

Assays due this month from the completed drill campaign at Menzies.
We already know there's high grade gold there at shallow depth as previous drilling has been very positive with drill hole MCD02 yielding 5m @ 19.59 g/t Au from 30 metres
Also neighbouring properties have proved up large amounts of high grade gold.
The odds look very good that Menzies will be a game changer for the company.

Also worth noting that the $23.7million figure for total future net income of proved reserves in the report is based on a very conservative oil prices eg. $59 per barrel which is far lower than the current oil price

WOW that is a cracking RNS and explains why we had to wait so long for an update.
Big increase in reserves and funding facility.
That puts to rest any funding concerns so there should be a significant share price re-rate especially given the big increase in the oil price

Harry could be using the locals as an excuse for the delay but the main reason is that he couldn't get the funding over the line.
Until the situation in Ethiopia improves significantly there's no way institutions will invest millions into the project when the risk is so high. I doubt there is a short-term fix and it could take many months for the project to get back on track.
There is also the risk there will be dispute with the Ministry of Mines over the delays as there were already noises about revoking Kefi's mining licence

Looks like there is good potential for the company to win further contracts.
I'm particularly excited about the PFAS remediation potential in the USA market that is mentioned in the RNS

Terrible news.
This delay was my major concern as Kefi is in a very weak financial position and doesn't have any cash to ride out delays.
It has been relying on a short-term financing facility but I'm worried now that there will have to be a fundraise.
The security concerns at Tulu Kapi will likely add to running costs plus the company has to pay its share of operational costs in Saudi Arabia. Feasibility studies aren't cheap so I'm not sure how Kefi will pay for the one at Hawiah and it would be a great sham to dilute our stake

These results show some very interesting potential with tin grades up to 0.87.
That's excellent for tin.
