If the company can start picking up PFAS contracts in the USA as expected, MYX's PFAS intellectual property will be worth many multiples of the current market cap. IMO

We may get an update shortly regarding the PFAS removal trial at a US military installation which started last month

However, it is a shame Kefi's interest in Saudi Arabia has been diluted again from 34% down to 32%

Also reminds me that it's around 1 year since Russell visited Togo.
We don't seem to be any clearer about what's going on there despite what was said in last November's RNS:

Especially poor for the directors to drop this bombshell after being so positive in previous updates.
Now both projects are in Limbo. Absolutely shocking performance by directors who continually tap the market for more funds

In March this year WH Ireland was approached to become joint broker to Vast Resources (VAST). It conducted due diligence and that threw up so many red flags about the business but also about boss Andrew Prelea that WH Ireland said that it could not act. The email exchange detailing this has found its way via Winnileaks to myself and is published below. It is damning and all credit to WH Ireland for putting principle before profit. But Nomad Roland Fatty Cornish has been made aware of the same issues and appears to think that a) it is just after two so time for the third course of a six course luncheon and b) that he should just carry on taking the cash come what may. Lunches don’t pay for themselves after all. Enablers like Fatty are why AIM is a sewer. I am aware of a number of matters which WH Ireland discovered and anyone owning shares in Vast is truly certifiable

All fine if you don't mind investing in insolvent companies.
VAST has been trying to re-finance the Atlas bond for at least 18 months but it has been knocked back by several different institutions. Atlas aren't willing to restructure the bond so unless the company can secure finance within 3 months it will be in default and the Atlas will be able to take control of the assets

It will be interesting to see if the court cases against VAST subsidiaries are mentioned in the notes to the accounts.
What is the latest on these as I haven't been following them?

So we go the placing as expected but this only addresses the working capital shortfall.
The much larger issue is how will the company repay $7million to Atlas in January?
