Lanstead make money on the facility no matter what the share price is. Lanstead's job is to pay a monthly sum to NFX each month, the exact figure is calculated with reference to the 2p benchmark price. To finance the payment Lanstead sells 5.5milon shares each month.

Many of you don't understand how this facility works.
Lanstead are being issued 110million NFX shares.
Lanstead makes repayments to NFX over 20 months which means 5.5million shares will be sold into the market each month no matter what the share price is, and part of the proceeds will be paid to NFX.
Lanstead are also receiving some free shares - 7.7million in total

You should add Covid related problems to your list.
From the call it sounds like quite a high percentage of workers have been off work due to Covid and this is has reduced production (I think 20% was used as an example). This will be reflected in the quarterly production figures that will be released in January which will be below guidance.
This isn't surprising as Romania has been hit hard recently by the virus .

Lanstead doesn't risk any of its capital it just sells shares every month and pays part of the proceeds to NFX.

Several other companies have used this 'sharing agreement' and Lanstead sell shares into the market each month to finance the payments due to the company. It's like a mini placing every month and leads to downward pressure on the share price.

Just noticed something else.

In Brailey's Share Prophets article today he states "I understand the revolting dossier included details of the writer, his partner and his Ex and his business."

In MickyBee's post this morning he says: 'or even the company's ex PR company'

Note the way both statements use 'ex'.
Another coincidence or does it suggest the same author behind both comments?

What aroused my suspicion was that this morning , MickyBee wrote some posts in defence of the share prophets/ Peter Brailey article. These posts have been deleted for some reason

Interesting that both MickyBee and Pete Brailey use the word 'scum'.

In Dan Levy's 'Stinky Pete' article he revealed that Brailey posted on LSE as SelfishMcNimby. The article shows that SelfishMcNimby was a LSE member since 8th May 2018.
If you look at Pete Brailey's twitter handle it shows he joined twitter in March 2018.
I also noticed that MickyBee has been an LSE member since 30th April 2018.

So all the dates are very similar plus you have a poster that incessantly targets the UJO board with negative comments and has used the word 'scum' word like Brailey did in today's article. Is this all just a coincidence?
