Also the last placing was over 5 months ago so the company has most likely burned through those funds and will need a further injection of capital. It's uninvestable at the moment so likely to see more downward pressure from Atlas selling and another placing

The successful SD-5X well in today's RNS was not included in the guidance for 2022 so actual production should be ahead of guidance:

'The SD-5X/Warda exploration well is assumed to be dry for guidance purposes but if successful, could increase gross production to 38-40 MMscfe/d and SDX's total corporate entitlement guidance to 3,600-3,850 boe/d (net of minority interest) from the 3,300-3,550 boe/d currently presented'

Even the bears are turning bullish now!

There's been 8 director buys RNSs recently at FLX so trading is very likely to be positive like OSI. Update is due shortly so I think there's a very good chance that it will see a big rise too

It's relevant because it is in the same cyber security sector. I'm very bullish on cyber and think there is good potential for smaller companies in the sector like OSI and Flx to be taken over at multiples of the current market caps

I'm also in FLX due as it holds cash equivalent to its market cap after it sold an asset. So basically you get the cyber business for free and no danger of a placing. Loads of FLX director buys RNSs recently so very likely to get a positive trading update shortly and see a big re-rate in the share price like OSI

I also thought today's drop is most likely due to tax loss selling.
Often those selling will buy back the positions this week on the first day of the new tax year.
Good opportunity to take advantage of the drop

MF is trying to support the share price by pumping in podcasts but the reality of the situation is that it will be very challenging to raise finance for a project in Sri Lanka. It will be far too risky for most institutions

Sounds like the could be a bidding war for ALL

The last block listing update seems to have been on 6 April 2021 and it stated that there were 119million warrants outstanding with an exercise price of 0.35p. I think there are also 76million outstanding with a 0.6p exercise price.
I'm not sure why there hasn't been a block listing update since then as most companies announce an update every 6 months

Looks like Shaun and his team have made a significant discovery of high-grade gold.
This has been the best RNS since the Georgia days so should lead to a material recovery in the share price.
I'd be surprised to not see it back in the 3p- 4p+ range in the coming days/weeks

Flow rates much better than expected so should see a decent uplift in the share price

I've been warning about that for a while.
I think it will make it more difficult for CMET to raise funds to fund CAPEX, particularly debt funding, so dilution of shareholders is more likely

On completion of a feasibility study a deferred cash payment of $625,000 is payable (2 X 312,500 payments to different parties) plus $1,125,000 in shares issued at the prevailing share price.

If I recall correctly there is a payment due to the original ventors of the project on completion of the project economics study. Does anyone know how much it is and if it has to be paid in cash or shares?
