Well, they've got every global indicator in their favour to monetise Darwin. High oil price, global supply constraints, energy security, low breakeven, fast payback, low carbon footprint. They keep saying they have a strategy to monetise Darwin, so I expect they will have been super busy, and will have lot's to say considering everything is now in their favour. They just have to deliver.

I think Navitas will move on BOR. If they can make it work at Sea Lion then why not double up on BOR. They can make some huge cost savings on rigs and mobilisation and personnel. The cost savings for developing Darwin with equipment already available at Sea Lion is big. Therefore making Darwin even more attractive.

Where is our buyer of BOR. The volume has dropped off and the spread is huge.

Things are hotting up. Navitas will get their investors onboard and money heading to the Falklands. BOR can ride on the back of this. I note Liz Truss is discussing moving the British Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. The US did this under Trump and the Palestinians didn't like it. The PM is showing significant support for Israel relations.

You would think the UK government would support British companies like Borders to help them extract the oil and gas and in return get repaid and have energy security.

Yeahh. It's incredible that there is this huge bounty of oil and gas already discovered, waiting to be extracted in the Falklands and it never gets a mentioned. They go on about the North Sea, but it will take ages to find oil and gas and prove it up and produce. Falklands is already on the runway ready for take off. Why the hell aren't they using it.

Last night Liz Truss said at the UN she wants the UK to be a net exporter of Energy by 2040. It's going to need government help for that. Energy coming from reliable sources such as the UK is key for future energy security. Falklands has a big role to play.

Cash balance end of December was $0.714m.
$1.8m raised in April less expenses. So about $2-2.5m in cash.
$1m admin expenses per year.
Might need to raise a bit more cash next year, if any, but it's only very small to cover admin expenses. As Gus says, by then any deal being worked would likely have been concluded. Sale or farmin or debt finance investment for early production development. As the US dollar is strong against the Pound it makes UK companies very cheap for a buy out for an American/Canadian company.

If the sp goes to 0.1p or lower the board will have to resign. Looks likely, imo.
