It's a market & if you don't like the heat stay out of the kitchen. Shorters can be a big pain but you can make big cash of their backs too. I bought THG @70p-in the red there due to shorts. I also bought THG @33p-in the green. Thank you mr shorter. If you're happy with your entry price & the company's future prospects just ignore the daily noise & ticker price activity. A decent company's SP will always bounce back. & it'll bounce far far quicker if the shorts realise their game is up!

Lots of shares are far lower than they were during Covid. It seems inflation is seemed as a bigger threat to stability FFS. This is getting silly low again but with the shorts having their fun it could go lower still. Safe bet for LTH though!

This price is starting to look like it's time to jump in here for a few I don't like the look of that short position appearing. Will probably be dragging this lower still!

i can't see this going that low. Is at 10 year lows now. No real justification for this. Profits on the up. Solid balance sheet. People will always buy food regardless of inflation. For a LTH this is a fairly safe bet at these prices!

Short sellers are a pain but present great opportunities as well. They drive the price so ridiculously low to clear out the squeaky bums to sell at losses but they ALWAYS reverse at some stage. Just look at BOO/THG both driven to 30p then straight back up. PFC last week driven to 78 now back to 88. It's all a game to use to your advantage where possible. GNC should be much higher than 65p!

bought back in here this morning. This drop looks overdone. CEO just bought 195k shares. Don't really see why this has dropped. Results look pretty good. Only headwind is the inflation stuff as i see it!

Clickit, i'm well used to these shenanigans as i have holding in BOO & THG. Have seen both of them get hammered down & back up again. they make PFC SP behaviour look tame tbh. The short hits always sow the seed of doubt in your mind though. Sometimes better to stop watching the tickers really. Panic selling is always the worst thing to do. Let the dust settle. PFC will be back above £1. I said before. Any buy below £ will bring profit. Just need to have patience as usual!

The short attack has created the environment of fear here now. A few days back people would be scrambling to buy at these prices. The doubt has now been instilled & excess caution prevails Wait for update or not ? i suppose is the gamble. Decent enough update back to 120+. Bad one who nows?

Be interesting to see if there's a hatchet job RNS in the morning. I'm amazed how quick that short has taken this down. Stinks of insider info to me although some shorts are audacious beyond belief. If no info to go on i'd expect this back up again pretty quick!

No RNS. This is a brave short driving it down sub 80p if the only news is the CEO leaving!

Last time they did the placing was an after hours RNS. If we see that tonight what a joke. Insider dealing ffs!

what the hell is going on? short sellers are dumping stock on the market & people are afraid to buy them driving the price down lower!

i've no real concerns about PFC's viability over the longer term. The only thing stopping me adding here is the dilution risk. I got caught here on the last CR so taking it a bit cautiously!

IMO, the risk here is a capital raise which would dilute existing holders Can't really see a need for this atm but who knows I guess they could be burning through cash fairly quick. If they're going to do it though, just get on & stop all this nonsense!

& that is exactly what the shorters want everyone to think! Panic sell, that's what they want. They'll have a bottom target. could be 80, or 70 or lower. They will buy back though at some stage. seen this all before!
