that was the sort of gist i got from the HY results update with all the Spain Morocco stuff too. The finances of this stuff are all pretty much agreed in advance, hence why revenue streams still flowing in. The fact that this company had 50% of last years revenue still coming in during full lockdown was another reason i piled in here as share price is 25% of pre covid price. If revenue only dropped 50% SP been unfairly hit!

i'm pretty sure the school bus contracts are pretty watertight whether schools are closed or open at least to cover NEXs operating costs!

Price wise is difficult to call here really as like has been said, the price is clearly being played with by MMs & as such once it rises they can basically choose how far they take it. It's happening on lots of these shares i believe!

i do think that NEX gets unfairly ringfenced in with other transport stock (SGC, FGP, GOG etc) this is far moe diverse & international. More important if you look at 10 year charts for these shares this one blows them all away with a consistent left to right upward diagonal. SGC in comparison is left to right downward diagonal!

so top up before then! take off time!

I can't wait for that CEO RNS on here. Everyone be cracking party poppers & predicting 400 by next week & stuff. October trading statement should be good, i want to see a Melrose reaction at least (20% rise on losses & job cuts ffs)

Believe me mate, i work for TfL in my day job & tubes, buses, roads getting way back to normality. All this BS about 2nd wave lockdowns. No chance. This share will be 250 by Xmas!

Ask yourself why people were paying 485p for this share back in January & then ask is a 370p discount to that really justified given the basic business model here!

Noggers, point i was getting at was, well look i bought in these slightly lower than you but still am sitting on a big, big paper loss. I bought them then because they were clearly undervalued & being oversold. That has simply continued & the price has continued to fall. However my rationale for buying in the first place remains the same. Nothing has changed & this is still the same well run business now as it was 3 weeks ago. It's easy to do & i've done it myself but you are letting the intraday prices take over from logic. This is a recipe for panic selling. Believe me i been there & lost some big profits. I learnt my lesson from it though & my basic rule is if the fundamental underlying investment is based on sound judgement it will always come good in the end!

Noggers, when you bought at 150+ what was your price target/expectation then? Is it just intraday pricing which makes you feel this is poor investment?

personally i couldn't give a monkey's toss if this goes to £1, 90p or 66p. i know it won't stay there very long & i can sit on my 1.15 share until it becomes a £5 share. win/win!!

Good comment Ian B, calmness is the order of the day. don't invest money you may need at short notice. This share is a great haven for money sat in bank accounts, premium bonds etc earning you sweet FA!

at what price would you sell noggers? if they went to 160 monday would you sell?

i did that on Monday when it went up to 141, bought some at 138. need 2/3 green days here i think, ne'er mind well cheap anyway!
