This business is 40 years trading & has sound fundamentals. A couple of crooked staff won't bring this to it's knees!

i missed out on Boohoo largely for similar reasons to why i won't miss this one!

X66, Exactly there has to a case. Any court action could take years & this has been going on for a few already. I believe the news will blow over in a few days & this share will back on the up again!

yes, i think this is the point being missed here. There are no charges or anything against PFC as a corporation. When i saw this dip on Friday i searched hi & lo for anymore interesting info other than what was on the RNS. I had read up on this company a long time back (all old RNs, fundamentals etc). There is absolutely nothing new here in this RNS & as far as i see the damage is more of a reputational one than anything else. The guy (concerned (Lufkin) isn't even at board level. Unless some news is being held back this drop is just so so exagerrated!

We can all take comfort in the fact that we are not the only one sitting on losses here as absolutely almost all shareholders must be on a loss at the moment. Things can only get better! LOL

they have the algo set in such a way to create illusion of a reversal too. crafty as foxes!

the shorts just play on investor fears. Any Rolls Roycers here? that got trolleyed down to 100 on rights issue fear, then back to 250 in a few days!

very true Poker, for me, i bought a tranche here @118 & have some cash for another one ready, but just waiting for a lower price. I thought 118 was cheap as chips (which it is), but might as well wait now & see how much lower i can get next lot at. The RNS stuff to me is really nothing. If it was breaking news, i would view it differently, but nothing new there at all!

Myself & Noggers (also on here) both bought into NEX around 150 level, which we thought was bargain time! the shorts etc dragged it right down to 111. Look at it now!

what is pleasing is very few posters have questioned the underlying value or viability of PFC. For me this is just a case of how far will the shorts take this. I really can't see it going much further but who knows!

i would never set a stop loss on a share like this!

RS, that is true & it is all part of the game. Test the reserve of the private investor & create an illusion that the drop will continue. I seen it all before on many shares!

i'm a bit annoyed (probably like most here) i didn't wait a while longer for my entry point, but we all know this will bounce at some point!

DIB, in fairness the share was followng the trend of most recovery stocks post vaccine. Was up over 40% from Oct low levels. The share is just being manipulated by shorts. It happens on loads of perfectly good stocks (e.g. RR, NEX, IAG) The SFO stuff is a great tool for shorters as it provokes panic in weaker investors. In my experience this will reach a level where it is too good to resist, buying pressure increases & algos switch to buying & SP goes north again!
