£9,500 sell @ 0.5p I suppose this has just happened as it's not reported as a delayed trade, though personally I suspect it was awaiting filling and the price dropped to entice buyers before it was filled, or mm's would have had too many shares.

Guess that's always the way - if the company goes bust the shareholders will be the last in line to get any pay off from funds. Creditors, bondholders then shareholders. Anyway, they've got a year or so on current funds to get something happening. The part ownerships in the 4 exploration licences they have with 3 big boys and Gold Anomaly must be worth something - they'll be worth a lot if anything ever gets going.

I have of course chased and get the impression the southern hemisphere's 'summer' holidays are compromising efficiency. On Wamum we have extended the deadline to let a significant party finalise their indicated bid. No hard deadline but with news to follow.' These snippets are encouraging especially the last statement about Wamum and Barrick. Barrick have not been proceeding at any speed - perhaps another company may be coming in?!? Top up time?

Those 'trades' aren't real trades, might be mm swaps. We know they're still suspended but as you pointed out on 4th Oct Adobong, it's not all over. We'll all have to wait but believe this is not going under and unfortunate cash flow situation caused all this. Unfortunately, the suspension and retrenchment(cutting back in normal language) is going to mean a lot of lost revenue and these administrators rack up the costs - he'll be a millionaire out of this for certain.(500 hours @ $2000 an hour or similar). Today's RNS just keeps things basically under wraps.

Didn't mean to accuse you of 'being real' etc, but it just amazed me you were picking up so many different stocks in one day. My pf is about 25 different stocks but I'm overweight on miners and oilies and down about 20 - 25% overall. Not good.

Flavour of the day - pourquoi? Je ne c'est pas. We're waiting news from the last 2 remaining JV's Newcrest and Barrick that are both due this year. This share has not served it's holders well for about a year now. Sale? Doubt it.

Yes it's certainly very sad on here. I felt a little better after writing it all down in my post last Monday and we've still got Newcrest and Barrick to give us some news. If these are both bad, that's it really, end of the whole shooting match as far as I can see. The company is winding down into slow-mo hoping that it's cash can keep it going until there is some reasonable news. We've really got no option but to hold, can't average down any more 'cause just not confident enough. You know on some boards I'd get lynched for talking so negatively - on here speaking at all is about as positive as one can get.

I've got some investment in this for a Junior ISA. Taken the Tender Offer and apparently succeeded in tendering ALL my shares. So will get the cash soon. Am expecting the sp to drift down again as it must be near NAV now. 25% shares cancelled and 25% of assets to be sold off gradually to pay for the cancelled shares. Anyone else got any interest or opinion here?

Strange but here we are again. The directors are making these token buys each of month of a few hundred pounds each - beats me, but I think they think it shows support, but it's pennies really. Still waiting for Bruce Rowan, only got a few hundred pounds in, but it's just sitting there gathering dust at the moment.

I'm about 80% down here, most people higher. What can we do now but hold? When I dissected their projects last night, although the involvement by Newmont re.Morobe and the shareholding of Newmont (22.36%) are both mega, Newmont haven't really been making much progress at Morobe all year and they may have some involvement with Morobe in some capacity, 'cause I don't think they want to write the whole project off. Elsewhere, Barrick and Newcrest might pull something out of the bag - it only takes a second to find some gold, or is that score a goal.
