If Sidara have completed due diligence and Board minded to accept then surely accounts have been finalised? If so is there deliberate withholding at play. Just a thought?

We will get nowhere until full transparency. They appear trying to do a deal without even a bid yet. Publish the accounts, let the share find it's level. Maybe just maybe the share will exceed 30p on evidence produced. At present no wonder the feeling is there is dishonesty at play.

I am not trying to say what happened was anything but terrible. These occurrences sadly are an everyday event the world over. Pick up a UK newspaper this morning. Feel sure will be a few sad stories. The UK hasn't fallen apart nor will Mali. Politics are different there, accept it or get out of this share. If you can't accept the risks you shouldn't be invested.

Humster couldn't agree more. I came into Kod when Hainan came on the scene. Seemed an opportunity. If correct believe SC were the original 'partner' and more latterly their offtake rights were bought out. They became a minority shareholder albeit 10% plus much earlier though. All they are doing imo is gradually selling up. The fear being stoked up by some believe is misplaced. Those longer term holders please comment if any of my facts are incorrect.

I think some buys were actually sells and also the price is a reflection of the moment. It will rise and fast imo, just a short wait now. Too many panick8ng this pm I suspect seeing that SC are still selling which oddly we have been assuming all along. Maybe a rebound tomorrow?

Odd that a little bird at Deloittes commented on timing of accounts. They are not the auditors only brought in late 2025 to review past accounts that were questionable.
