ARCM About to Get Interesting29 Apr 2020 21:55
Now the weather is warm and dry in Zambia I imagine the 2020 drilling campaign is now underway and will be confirmed by RNS very soon. The Zambian government have stated that Covid-19 won’t impact mining as it stands so another positive here.
We're due the highly anticipated scoping study for processing Cheyeza East ore out of Kalaba. During his Indaba pitch Remy said that the Majors were waiting on this study and that they were going to see if the numbers worked for the Kalumbila mine, so this could be more significant than first meets the eye.
Massive sulphides reported in February and hole 5 assays due anytime now. Potential game changer here. Sentinel Kalumbila mine sold after 8 holes so this shows us how fast things can move. Rio Tinto have just made a move on Midnight Sun’s license and this could well encourage further acquisitions and ARCM are very much in the spotlight.
Primed for a decent run now into the summer / autumn and in theory should go well past last July’s 5p peak, but we’re in strange times so this remains to be seen. The opportunity to get in at sub 2p I imagine will soon be gone and I’ve been adding over the last few weeks to bring my average down.
A good time to be in here but do your own research.
GLA I think we’re in for an interesting start the 2020 programme.
