Recovered from -10% to -4% not bad considering and likely that many took advantage today.

Looking forward now only nice surprises I imagine :o)

A few have made enquiries and feedback from the co is to expect news very soon, which I guess is better than soon :o)

It's interesting that these 8 new licenses seem to have gone under many radars. A very very significant event for any exploration company, but for one with a £3M MCAP?!?

What impact on the SP do the think the approval of 8 new licenses will have? This will give ORR a massive increase in explorable land and would be a completely separate asset to the existing targets in the north.

NvS talks about the 'right kind of investment' to protect ARCM's interest in the assets. This suggests to me something other than a typical JV that gives away high majority % in return for exploration costs. Not sure how this will develop, but 30p would be wonderful however they go about it :o)

The sells were bothering me too, but then I noticed the 1 trade. Phew.

I imagine the scoping study has been complete for a little while now and that FQM have hold of it, we've been told they want it. The sulphide discovery would have got their attention big time too so more reason to expect more advanced discussions here imo.

I'll add that since VAL mentioned a JV I appreciate they are likely to retain an interest in the assets.

Being suspended doesn't mean you'll lose your shares, you just can't trade them during the suspension period.
You'll have a smaller % of a bigger company but your £ value should be the same-ish subject to any arrangements made by the BoD.

However, personally I can't see a VAL / BOU merger.
Am I missing something here? What would be point?

If the VAL link is correct it's a matter that they have stated their intention to sell off some assets that we think the intended BOU target may be acquiring?

If it turns out to be VAL related my guess is as per Cymru229's theory. Maybe the VAL tech stated as being up for grabs compliments the existing portfolio of the target co.

Indeed. Some PI's have grown impatient and some difficult questions will be asked about costs, progress and updates, and the board are more than aware of this. Very unlikely that there will be no news or bad news in light of this. The question is, how big will the good news be? Also will the news be from ORR, IAMGOLD or both?

I think there's no official buy or sell status from the exchange for individual transactions. This website has an algorithm that estimates what each transaction most likely is based on the bid and ask at the time.
So the answer to your question is that the website guessed wrong.

Yes I'm very much looking forward to this interview and it's not a coincidence that it's timing is so close to the IAMGOLD quarterly. This wouldn't be happening if there was no news.
