Whatever it is, it's probably not here :o)
You may be right Iptuf93
Afterall this is all BB speculation.
But I don't think anyone would have expected AA to get involved with us when they did, and likewise under the circumstances I wouldn't be surprised if they take out the license within the 6 month period for a price fitting to what NvS has communicated.
We can only go on what we know, which is ARCM and AA are working together towards a commercial transaction within the 6 month exclusivity period.
Agreed Kullybahia
I know this all depends on how much copper we have, but AA already have detailed knowledge of the area so a successful transaction seems very likely to me, and I believe they won't be messing around with resources worth much less than $400M.
So ~30p to us
15 targets could mean we split the license and keep half for next year's exploration with AA next door waiting.
NvS has constantly pointed out that the strategy is to maximise returns with the right deal and I have faith that he has a good idea how to achieve that.
The story may not end with a single commercial transaction after or within the 6 months. If we have multiple tier 1 assets then maybe we'll get multiple paydays and maybe AA are aligned to this kind of strategy where ARCM continue exploration. Too many options to second guess.
I see the board is busy lately which is nice.
Looking forward to when there's something BOU to talk about :o)
I wonder what lies deeper at CE though?
AA may know a lot about what's there from their previous work at the license which these deeper drills will hopefully reveal.
Maybe AA are ready to buy now but the ARCM BoD aren't. Each decent drill result is another notch up on the sale price.
Thanks for the update rnorth.
We don't know what's going on behind the scenes so have no choice other than accept the feedback available or switch off.
neilin62 we appreciate your posts and it would be a shame for us to lose your, please carry on!
So SYME delisted whilst suspended too.
So I imagine SH's were having similar concerns about what benefits a delisted cash shell could offer a target company.
Is anyone familiar enough to draw more in depth comparisons? Any long term SYME holders here?
OK then since we're doing this, ARCM for me.
New 6 month exclusivity agreement with Anglo American to lead up to commercial transaction.
Suggest a bit of research not very often these come along.
Hi Tra1
Can you share your thoughts please?
Anything positive is welcome atm.
Dapr I have similar questions about what value does BOU now offer? I don't know.
Maybe some kind of binding contract exists between BOU and the target company (or companies) that ensures a successful outcome.
Maybe BOU has acquired some IP that the target company needs?
Maybe there was always a deliberate AIM delist planned. Otherwise why not use the covid extension?
Maybe AG's influence is at work here and he's needed to make the plan happen and his warrants are going to make him richer once complete?
If this has gone wrong why would Tim still be telling us (or someone) it's going ahead?
Absolutely no clue whatsoever what's going on here, but considering that there must be many possible avenues this could have gone down that we'll never be able to guess, well we can't assume that no news = failure.
AG is using the light tech for his solar 2 food company.
It's on his website.
I hope you're right neilin62
Do you have a theory, clues or just optimism?
