I can't see a JV here personally at least not for the whole license area. I don't think terms could be agreed that suit both parties as ARCM won't want to give too much away and AA won't want to deal with small %'s. IMO.
Maybe an arrangement that involves splitting the licenses up could happen which may provide more options but I think the asking price of the whole lot would need to be considerable in order for this to happen. We'd probably need to have multiple tier 1 assets ;o)
IMO we have a nice problem here which is how to sell a very valuable asset.
Hello!
Now while, Arc Minerals has honed in on developing its copper projects in Zambia, the company could also be sitting on some other in-demand commodities in its licence areas.
“I believe that there could be nickel deposits on the eastern side of the project while there have been traces of gold found on the west side. This has resulted in a mini gold rush in that area.
“Also, we have found traces of uranium which is often link to gold. So while, our focus is on copper, I will not be surprised if we discovered other metals during our exploration,” concludes Von Schirnding.
Agree neilin62 although it's interesting to speculate it could backfire and take us back to square one, or square zero (extreme but not impossible).
I thought I had a good idea about the target until the convincing case for TILS was put forward which swayed me, but since we've moved on from this I'm back to my original suspect.

Thank you RKB that's a very interesting post!
So AG only wanted the LED tech which is now being used in his Solar 2 Food business:
solar2food.com/led/
And as for the other goings on you mention, well I don't really know what to say to be honest other than hopefully shareholders will get a good and well deserved outcome in the end.
Thanks again for posting RKB
Yes RKB I see your posts and I remember you well from my time reading the board, hence my question about any recent activity you may be aware of that may provide some encouragement to us.
It's been a long old slog.
Hello RKB and thanks for dropping in.
May I ask about your words here:
"I believe at some point Bould Opportunities Plc will re-list or re-incarnate".
Would you mind elaborating on your reasons and whether you're basing your thoughts on recent information or activities?
Many thanks
IFC would know what they've been told, which would be whatever is deemed appropriate to be released. Which is exactly the info we'd receive directly from BOU if they were to tell us themselves.
Asaynor when did you email him?
If the information is likely to significantly affect share price then yes it should be released. But if waiting for more data in the short term is considered to provide a more accurate update then I imagine this would be considered justifiable.
NvS was probably quoting the usual turnaround time of the lab, they might be busy. Maybe it was a mistake for us to take it so literally when it's obviously out of his control.
Or they might have decided that the next set of core samples will provide a better indication of the area being drilled, which would be a justifiable delay in my opinion.
