So my take on this is:
It is easier for a cash shell to list on the main market under more simple terms since it has no trading activity i.e. doesn't require an IPO.
Weeks.
It is more difficult for a trading company to list on the main market due to expense, time and red tape involved in an IPO.
Months / years.
So then, it seems that BOU's challenge was to be seen as the right choice for the larger company to reverse into, so we're then looking at the people involved i.e. Allan Syms, and maybe other contacts that he could introduce to the project to convince the target to work together.
