Thanks T. I am very positive on BGO and Kape. They have both seen increasing revenue since pandemic particularly. Both well financed to move forward and BGO have no debt being financed by new partnership deal. S don't forget charts are 70% successful by the admission of the professional traders. I would think maybe slightly less in this environment. Wonder who the new CO will be in TLW. Not Heavey making a comeback. I think he's got involved in a US company focussing on Africa. Probably going to buy TLW's assets there lol. Well done for holding your nerve there.

Morning T. Agreed Took some profits on AZN. Hope to buy back for ISA tomorrow or later in the week. Managed to get some more BGO for the ISA 20 seconds from the opening bell, should have bought a load more. Maybe get some fall back later as you say. AFx still rising sorry S. Still don't trust it.

Quite S. Have just reloads ISA for action. Very mixed signals. Dow Jumps. Trump does the usual, claims a deal has been done without the participants knowledge, and any way oil spike already prices in the possibility of oil production drop. IMF claim this is way worse than @008 financial crisis. Parts of Europe certainly in a bad way. Lot of news this week. UK GDP. Norwegian flying hours (lol). Tesco update. Having been raring to go I think more caution and patience required, but might be tempted with a couple of top ups mainly/ Good luck everyone

Well done S. You did better than me I think out of AFX. Too many uncertainties there. Maybe ok but feel more secure in my current 3 holdings. AZN, perennial take over target for about 40 years lol. Great 5 year chart. Rather dull 1 year chart, but 3% divi. 10/15% possible upside. Banker stock. BGO great interviews and news everywhere to read. No debt and now funded by tie up with huge S.Korean tech specialising in bringing on small tech companies. Will be topping up next week, be lucky to get any fall back from current SP, but still below IPO sp. Kape private internet browsing. Two directors bought more shares recently. 67% owned by Unikind who have also refinanced them. Both these techs have been trading well even or especially in the current environment. Don't think I will be looking much further for now. DYOR etc and good luck

Perplexing is good word for the entire weeks trading and the last day trading for this financial year. I could not get a single buy trade on either account on Kape and yet they would buy my entire holding. Yet the price barely moved today. Don't know if that signifies anything. Bango is amongst other things a payment app for mobile phones. Some good posts today on that one, Definitely adding to that next week if it doesn't runaway. Kept my holding in AZN I just feel its probably safer than the banks to stash some cash hopefully , and at least it yields 3%. AFX the one that got away! Well done if you held out S. I am a little wary of it. There were two more huge sells of 165,000 about lunchtime. So maybe put a stop loss on it if you haven't already. Gl all and a merry weekend.

S .Gad for you. Genuinely thought it was ok but surprised by the lack of action. So thought it was a false dawn. Still a lot of big sells. So be careful. Seem to be a lot of strange movements like CNC as well. Big sells and the sp keeps going north. 96p today! Happy with Bango though, still a way to go there I hope and the spreads reduced. Will be looking for more of them next week if they retrace or don't go up too much. Just signed a great deal with big S. Korean tech company.

typo Kape resting!

Hi S . Yes that is the usual spread. I sold for a small profit his morning. I was expecting a rather more enthusiastic response from the news yesterday. Some very small buys this morning nudging it up. There were a lot of big sellers earlier in the week I suspect hey might be still lurking to get abetter price. On plus side another one that often has a 10% spread is a mobile ap payment firm BGo. I bought back yesterday after noticing 2 enormous buys which didn't seem to do much and then wham another deal and straight up this morning. Hope seems to be resting after the Chairman bought a few at £1.78 yesterday, ma retrace. End of tax year and Friday. Probably best keep a low profile today! GL

T I took the plunge on AFX on great news about legally binding contract to get back their 30 million. Think the markets been a bit slow to react. Basically they get 1 million next week and then weekly payment of 266000 till through to 2022. that should cover a few bills!

T's Ted Baker up 20%. Missed that one. Anyone in?

I too am off out. Change of direction and saw pharmas down slightly. which apparently they tend to do in the morning so got Astra and Smith And N. Director purchased a few a couple of days back and they have dropped quite a bit on their virus warning. Of course they can't give a forecast at the moment, but don't think their services arnt greatly needed. Kape currently holding. Have a good day all. Catch you later

Its a line between addiction and a full time job I think S. My partner asked me if I was having an affair the other day (jokingly). I never used to use the phone much and now I do check things often when out and about. Its a bit of both (not the affair, the addiction ) . I do treat this as a full time job, there is a lot of information out there and it needs to be monitored constantly in times like this. In normal times I do the research I like a stock I buy it, check it maybe once a week and probably hold for a few months. Its very different at the moment. The whole point being to buy stock cheaper than you sell at by hopefully making more moves at the right time than not, to accumulate mostly small profits. You guys seem to do it by increasing percentages in holdings . I just take the profit and may buy more or less of a stock each time, and often add to positions.

Dow down some 900 points. Another epic day awaits. I was trying to trade using charts when I got back to full time trading last year. I used Bollinger bands and candles. Funnily enough it worked brilliantly with Restaurant group, Avast and IWG. Resulting in some pretty decent returns over 9 months. Still wondered if it was more coincidence, but certainly gave some kind of confirmation. One of the reasons I stopped was they simplified the charts on lse. IG is a much better platform that requires a bit more experience than any others I'm used to. Need to spend a bit more time to familiarise myself. Took me about half an hour to work out how to make a trade and fortunately during that time Kape was still going down. Is that what you guys use for your chart information? Thanks in advance.

typo. I don't make a reasonable 'roofer,' I'm getting decidedly doddery. Do they use algorithms on keyboards now to predict what word I'm going to use next.

THe other thing I spotted was CNC rise. I was feeling a bit miffed about this, although I made a reasonable roofer when I sold. They have been extraordinary quiet thus far on trading other than to say they are looking after staff working from home and they are in line on forecasts and should receive my div as a little farewell present. Turns out the reason and only reason for the rise is an article in Sunday times about Lord Lee of Leeds taking a position in CNC. When the froth blows off will definitely be taking a serious look again. Not sure most of Kape's rise is'nt largely thanks to press today. AFX looking very wobbly still. Looking like an opportunity arising to buy back some trusts soon, which got completely over valued yesterday. I think the pension funds will be pleading with Shell and BP not to cut divs. No panic there they've just borrowed a few more billion to cover that. lol

Just seen Bp to take even bigger hit than Shell for first quarter. I billion and cut spend by 20%. Oil set to drop another 50% and yet Shell and BP sp are higher than when oil was $30. Lloyds 28p is that a steal or a warning?

I've had some bad runs so when it goes right you just have to go with instinct and judgement which can seem a bit rash, or is it just luck. I've got Kape in 3 accounts now having just got IG up and running, Good way to start but I didn't expect Kape to up just yet. Was hoping it could wait till I topped up my ISA in 3 days time.

T. Yes indeed. Got a little overheated after very positive update. And then of course you get the over reaction . Kape seems to have settled now and receiving a lot of positive attention in the press. Have just bought the 'private security' for myself! Only £32 for 14 months

T. AFX is actually up this morning. Think there will be plenty of time to see how this pans out over next couple of weeks. 800,000 businesses on the verge of bankruptcy and what are the banks we saved doing? Shutting up shop. Nationalise them!
