Berlioz. I think your reasoning is sound. The trouble is so much insider dealing goes on all the time across the sector. It’s pretty blatant but the regulators have possibly prosecuted 1 person in 30 years and they probably got a slapped wrist. Banks short their own shares. All perfectly legal. Apparently there are some city boys looking to rename and rebrand AIM markets to try and shake off the AIM cesspit image. Somebody has already suggested banning junior minors! The problem is it is risky game both in terms of initial exploration, licensing, geopolitics and then finance, infrastructure and transportation. Atm always seemed to have all boxes ticked. It got a little muddied in carving up some shares. They got the right guy in to help on the finance front. So easy for institutions to manipulate the price of a company this size and so many shares in circulation. Quite a view juniors found better. I expect Trump and Putin salivating over Ukraine minerals will concentrate the minds of money men into this sector again.

I’m not overly concerned about missing out on the absolute lows. It’s a very easy way to get over invested very quickly chasing the bottom. The share price of the last couple of years is immaterial to where it could be if the BOD can deliver their very high expectations. If they don’t,it doest’t matter what price you paid.

Maven Capital hold about .9 percent of Verici but have been appointed to manage Amati VCT! Could get more confusing if they tried.!

Octopus have two funds with Verici shares as does Amati Global and Amati VCT it appears

It’s really annoying how hard it is to get an up to date holdings list. One says Amati only hold 1.5 percent which is only about 3 million shares yet the same source says Amati Venture capital hold 14 million shares as of February 14th 2025. Verici’s own site says they still hold 6 percent but that’s a year old. Is conceivable that Amati have switched to another fund they own. All a bit smoke and mirrors.

Unless of course they are selling the fund to top up themselves!

Agree with at although Spi isn’t even in Aim. Like many companies with a high staff head count it has been disproportionately impacted by NIC hikes. Anything with a high head count is no go area for investment until clown Reeves acknowledges that are cv was inaccurate and she is way out of her depth

No amount of talk or illustration is going to move the so. Nigel is a past master at it for ten years. The market will only take this seriously when they work out how to turn this into a business.

Of the 3 options in the TU about what to do with the strong cash generation I would think they might go for the least talked about ‘M&A enhancement’ . Share buy back would be attractive in the current environment but not particularly fruitful but there are bound to be some very enticing bargains to bolt on. Not sure what they envisage by organic growth unless they mean pushing the slightly underused enzyme plant.

Not sure its at all true to say ‘nothing pushing the share price up.’ The first milestone is getting a (small)product to market in the form of pet food admittedly and a year late. Sometimes a small step is very significant. There is action with BluNalu, disappointingly behind its original schedule, but possibly the next to commercialise and that will be a massive step. They have many prominent backers besides Anic. The CEO stepping aside, redemptions and other negative factors, some more obvious than others have weighed on many funds. It was ludicrously overvalued and then got ludicrously sold off. That applies to much of the uk market

It’s the second or third time Higgins has manners stick into the family ISA. He’s not buying any more shares though which I find a bit strange as must have received a few million himself from the sale of Brookcourt to Swg. He also bought a ton of shares in the placing at £2.40 and some more just under £2. Is he expecting to get back to that level? Otherwise he has plenty of losses to carry forward. I think I can find and have better thing in my ISA to be honest, but good luck

25/26 typo

Tom the TU was 6 weeks early this year . Normally end of January but they slipped it in On Dec 10, obviously because of some uncertainty after Storks departure. Prelims will be May 1st. Should have a much better picture by then as they said 24 revenue likely to be at least 10 million but a lot of carry over into 26 and even 26. It all looks much more positive but I think any further rise will be slow without further contract news and significant upswing in forecasts.
