Good question. Basically it’s a reorganisation of different Amati funds and because AIM in general has performed poorly for a number of years I guess they are having a strategic review and Verici doesn’t fit. Bonkers but that’s his fund managers work. I don’t know for sure this is Amati selling but presumably an RNS should reveal the identity shortly, although the company is not always notified. This is happening to several sticks on AIM for a number of different reasons, but no fault of the decent companies being sold.

Ah there we go up pops the buyer of the shares and a nice 4K profit for the mms . Must be galling for Amati to have to virtually give these away.

Tom. It needs to be a big number to get profitability within two years without recourse to anymore funding. JB has said he has set conservative targets and hopes he can smash them . It is apparently and understandably one of the most hated stock. To many investors, myself included, that makes it a contrarian I suppose. Will soon find out if we made the right choice. The current surge in VP fortunes seems mostly down the the chair/owner who has not made a secret of his desire to sell @ well north of £10 a share. So RNWH RNS about a drop off in rail servicing has knocked the shine off this sector with VP giving up 3 percent .

Most likely it will get taken over built Pilks might need to be a bit less ambitious in this market. Otherwise this could drag out for another couple of years going sideways. Apparently they are in a good position for the great recovery when it comes. That could be 2 years off as well. In the meantime I don’t suppose NI is going to improve the situation come April.

Blue Nalu appear to be on some kind of global promotional trail in preparation for the market launch of their main line Blue fin Tuna. At £1 million recently paid for an 80 kilo fish at a Japanese auction could be quite a catch. The catch being they still need more money. I thought this was supposed to have been in supermarkets 2 years ago. I suppose it’s the name of the game but I think it has a lot to do with the share price. If your’e going to set targets which you continually miss you get hammered. It’s not that I dont believe in some of this stuff it’s just better not to make guidances you are unlikely to achieve in a certain time frame. Pretty basic stuff Mellon

Looks like seafox must be still exiting others wise would be nearer 20p after yesterdays activity

There can only be warrants and Seafox holding it back. Don’t know why they don’t have a placing @15p to get shot of them. Quite common practise when a big holder wants out . Seem to be playing a cat and mouse game, they want a better price but the market wants to squeeze them out imo. That’s how it feels.

I still baffled by Storks rather mysterious departure at such a price sensitive time just following another placing. Whilst there has almost been a blackout silence about him, the company looks like it is rising from near ashes to global dominating diagnostic services. Pretty muted reaction to news that could elevate the entire company portfolio. Should be a fascinating update around the corner.

Could be Les. Although the came into being end of october also instigating a social impact fund. Are the Irish or anyone else likely to stop betting? It absolutely needs better regulation. Generally it looks like smallish Pi trading perhaps getting spooked by the market reaction to good and bad trading. Fnx have already tweaked up their trading and cash forecast ontop of their expansion into Europe. The share price is now the same as it was two years ago when the had 53 million rev compared to this septembers results of 76 million revenue. I see it dipped below £2 before christmas. And looked like it was heading that way again. Providing the update confirms what they said at the finals would hope to see its way back and beyond £2.50 where it belongs .

Whats going on is I’m mopping up shares since yesterday. All showing as sells. Started at 11.5 and just paid 12.07. That’ll be it for now , but am in profit at least .hope it stays that way! The price has to get to 20p for directors to exercise options. Mms must have quite a few spare at the moment to stay at this level.

Unfortunately at the moment we are held back by the idiot fund managers fund managers that have to sell off stock because the world and his wife are withdrawing funds understandably. The problem with that is they are forced into selling what is liquid, i.e the good stuff! Presents an opportunity if you have cash

The 3.5 million trade was reported on London Stock Exchange at the time yesterday with all the other trades around .8 p . I don’t know why they are so slow here and miss RNS news with monotonous regularity

Bit harsh donmac. It was actually 3 moths ago they updated about coverage determination being extended into H1 25, the extra info to be submitted to Medicare with cash balance in line with expectations and not effected by delay. Can be a lot longer between updates with other companies. The next news will presumably be about Medicare approval, which might be in the next month or so and notice of results in May. Lot of patience required in this game! I will definitely be up for more of the Amati offload. Absolutely ridiculous. Looks as the borrowing cost hysteria has subsided for now, probably be full on again with Trump getting his feet under the desk. Gl
