I bought 2 lots of 2000 shares @£1.40. Schroders bought 2.8 million, nearly 12% on January 8th. Must have been that that spiked the share over £1.60. Hillock sold a few in their discretionary client account yesterday. Not sure they have handled he markets terribly well other than taking advantage of the spike last April to do a quick placing. Should think there has been a gradual fall out from that after getting it away at 2.40. They have put a substantial amount of their own money In here and set up an employers share option at just over 1.50. They had an £8.5 million contract for 3 years with a FTSE 100 telecommunications company back in 2019, be good if they get a renewal on that. They are obviously held in high regard for the quality their security products. Now have picked up an international bank and New York Fashion House for new clients. All looks promising to me if they keep the old clients and continue to add quality new ones.

Talking of mates rates, nice little late reported buy for 100,000 just published no wonder they were holding shares back.

So UT trade of 6 shares at 1.36. They won't let you have any near that price. They have had a flow of good news. 1 institution has reduced holding slightly but it is the retail trades that keep dropping the price. Now flagged as a bargain share on Stokopedia. Would be good to get some more contract news but may have to wait for update in April to lift the sp. They have a 5 year contract with NY fashion house with £850,000 this year and a contract for £2 million signed for next year. Crazy

There is a lot of competition out there for warehouse space for e commerce. They had to act quickly and decisively. They have identified space in the north west yet to catch up with market rental prices. I picked up a few at 1.23 on the placing announcement. Not so sure you will get £1.21 now. They are quite hard to buy at todays price and selling will take any amount. Nearly 5% yield is better than most stock now

Final CLN done and dusted. Quite a milestone. Quite a bit of buying last few days. Seems like we've been treading water for a considerable time. The £400,000 per year interest payment now gone.

In case there is anyone wondering a lot of these reported sells today are actually buys. I know because some of them are mine. Happy to get a bigger dividend although not the main reason for investing, just great value

Yep me too. Norges Bank trimmed holding presumably when SP a bit lower. When brokers come out with 'soft patch' and growth around the corner' all sounds a bit patronising to me. Its a very goodwill run company but clearly its tough out there

I remember specifically saying at the time of the interims less than a month ago we need to have confirmation of the cash position. We were re assured of robust trading and significant improvement with revenues and orders back to normal trading. They had adequate cash and there would be a renegotiation of debt in April. I really don't see how three weeks later you can come to the market asking for cash once again. It might be fine but I don't see how the new cfo is an improvement on the last one. Dilution and jam tomorrow story goes on ad infinitum. Best of luck with it. I think its a disgrace

amazing that the Lse total trade value for today is only £151,000. Not very good at maths are they. Maybe be brokers shuffling stock between themselves

Some very odd trading here. You can sell 2 million shares and it doesn't effect the sp. Sell 1200 shares and the sp drops 3p. Come on please . This market is so bent

Somebody thinks this is a good entry point apart from us. Im trade and two other whoppers. I did register my interest in Virolens but have heard ba which was a bit disappointing. However the main business seems to be recovering strongly and expecting results early march with possible resumption of dividend.

I think and hope this is a good call by the company. It was their decision to pay of the rest of this debt and means we now have a debt free cash generative company at the expense to shareholders of just over 10% dilution. Interesting to see how the market views this. 12 of thirteen holders took share conversion rather than cash. Well you would at 68p a share. If they want to offload I doubt they could do it in the market. They could find institutional holders, but I suspect they will mostly want to hang on to the shares as they know this is a great investment. Might also have suppressed shares going any higher recently. I see this as a positive for the medium term. I can't see Mr market taking to dim a view unless people get hold of the wrong end of stick and panic sell. In which case I would pile in.

I know Nala. I first bought this share at 19p., after I came across it in the now defunct Alternative AIM trust. The trust would be worth a fortune if kept going. They lost a lot of money at the beginning but I bought it when way down and then they started selling stock into rising market. An absolute cash cow. Cant remember too many of the others, Faroe Petroleum was always high up in their holdings and they were quick to throw out the duffers. I think they hung on to CNC to the end. Have been in and out over the years . Basically its a five bagger over the last 15 years, which knocks most fuse companies into a ****ed hat.
Could it be much higher? Not really. Its quite pricey and not really growing much. So although the figures are steady as yet we have not seen level of activity increasing normally associated with this sector. However the price fluctuates the business is solid and they always pay a reasonable increasing dividend with increasing profitability. One of Lord Lee's 3 AIM holdings. Patience is rewarded slowly. Absolutely a core coding in my view. I just like having a dg occasionally more at the absurdity of how the market reacts to good stock with proven track record. They deserve a bit of premium, which does happen now and again
