This looks like an excellent added bonus. It is old news announced with the UK approval but another key advantage. Home testing is all very well but where is the proof of a result. Are we supposed to rely on everyones honesty and accuracy of test result? I have been waiting for months to get a quote on costs for one of these which is a bit disappointing. Are they inundated with orders or still working out the price?

I appreciate the directors have worked hard for this but they usually pay themselves pretty well. This just seems a bit greedy and suggests maybe they have as impressed with themselves: Tranches 2 and 3 will now be triggered subject to the achievement of an average share price of 69p and 119p respectively for a period of 30 consecutive trading days up to and ending 19 October 2021 (previously 119p and 169p respectively). With a PE of 49 its looking very pricey on the current update. Thanks for the ride

I put a few more in my ISA @£1.35. So this sea of red should be blue. Perhaps the MMs know that there is an update coming in a few weeks. Cant say I had any trouble being though. Probably got a load off Spreadex to shift.

I bought a load more shares around 15.40 for 63.89. So most of the trades today have been buys I would suggest. CEY has been the subject of many director purchases in recent days, so I can't understand how this is still hanging around on this MC.

Just I was ruing not having taken some profit here along comes a renewed contract for $3million and trading update to follow. Remembering its 100% profit from now on probably reasonable not to have anticipated a 12% pull back but its still pretty illiquid to trade and could easily get shut out. £1.25 only the first target

Some decent buying today on no news. Glad to see it heading up again, actually not that glad this was one I was going to add more to the ISA. Be interesting if there is anything behind this sudden burst of enthusiasm

Its good to discuss. There has been a lot of media attention on this and Deliveroo. They are both good investments IMO just not at this level. I thought about both but decided the valuations are ridiculous. Of the two I think Parsley is the better prospect. Its a fantastic achievement since 2017 and the product has been very well received and reviewed. It will continue to be loss making because hey have massive expansion plans. The trouble is thats already priced in and profits are away off yet. As the two converge I would be happy to invest . Sounds like a good team.

Great to hear about all their save the planet projects they have chosen. Would be nice to hear how the business is going and maybe start a save the share price project!

Crazy. The speed Histate work at I can guarentee that! They had nothing on their website until a week ago. On the other hand Keyoptions in Australia have been really helpful with videos and information about Virolens. much more on the ball.

Adaptability is its key advantage. Those trials are on going now to detect not only virus but bacterial infections at IAbra. Virolens has been promoted as getting the economy moving again as a cost effective reliable test. They want it to be used at all sorts of events. The idea was that hosts would have the machines to test customer as they enter the venues. So that they are proven to be covid free at point of entry. A 20 second test makes this a possibility, but probably not if the ticket price is less or the same as the Covid test. I can't believe they haven't thought hat one out after all this time. Its not a covid test that is mandatory for travel its proof of vaccine they want most. The government are currently giving away home tests for free.

Freedom of what exactly?You don't get immunity.It just tells you if you have covid at particular moment in time. Its not a guarantee as neither is the vaccine but at least that is a recognisable precaution to travel, once they sort out proof of vaccine. If every time you went you to a concert or a restaurant most people will not pay £50 for a test on top, which is why I said that will have to covered in the ticket price or the meal.

£50 for a 20 second test seems a bit over the top. Presumably airports, theatres and football stadiums will be able to do it cheaper or add it into the ticket price because nobody is going to pay that.

Hi Mark. As much as I like Stockopedia, they do seem to be really slow at catching on. Like most of these platforms they are rather historic and not very good at looking into the future and often the data they process is out of date and the horse long since bolted. They rated GFRD ridiculously highly last year (one of their top value stocks) which must have been based on distorted information about their breakup up.I have only been with them for a year and they are definitely the best of the bunch, once you work out the weaknesses. Good friendly bunch and it is an amazing source of unbiased information. Shame they don't have level 2. Worth the money but would willingly pay more for that

Interesting that Schroder bought back the 5% 10 days ago, that they sold in September. It is rather sad that people feel the need to make rash statements like blowing Virulent out of the water. There are many potential tests kits out there, they possibly all have a place or their own advantages and disadvantages. For Virolens speed, cost , accuracy, adaptability, and convenience puts them on the front row IMO. The significance of a 20 second test compared to a 5 minute, 20 minute or 2 day is going to make it favourite for queues at airports, sports, hospitality and entertainment venues.Giving returning customers the confidence that they are in a safer environment. I am pleased to say that this time I have had a reply from Histate about Virolens. I am surprised that they still require approval abroad. Keyoptions who handle the Australian/Asian distribution told me they received kits for test approval back in November. It must be pretty much a formality if they are not already about announce approval there too. Gl all

Histate, which is distributing the test, said it would
launch with immediate effect following the approval in the UK by
the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA),
and was hoping for a further rollout in coming months.

Histate said trials had indicated the test had 98.1%
sensitivity, meaning it returns few false negatives, and 99.7%
specificity, meaning few false positives.
