RE: Price paid29 May 2021 11:43
Going like clockwork. I must say I havnt seen a placing arranged like this before and am surprised more companies don't do it instead of having multiple damaging placings like RGB. I dont know why people moan about how unfairly they think PI's are treated. in just about 99% of placings this year I have been able to buy at or below placing offerings. As people have pointed out bringing the sp down to 23p before Tuesday when new share hit the market should prevent a massive sell off.
Then there is the carrot of warrants @ 28p. I haven't seen the detail of that, but this is to raise more new investment money. So if the shares manage to get back to 40p after maybe an IPO of existing investments , or other news, you could buy at a massive discount. So for anyone now not involved in the placing if you believe in this company this is a great opportunity to buy at these levels between the placing price and the warrant price. This is a bit like the building of the ARK except its not going to be done overnight and the 28p warrant could cap the sp for a while, although the rate of news flow I would be surprised. As Mellon points out he was investing in the silicon valley at the beginnings of Microsoft and he sees similarities with the beginnings of that era. The important thing is they have raised a decent amount to progress existing investments and make new ones if the opportunities arise in companies we would not get that opportunity to do so as a Pi. Again as mentioned before this is not a dilution to pay off debt or rent and rate arrears this is new investment money to sit along side and build new investment when shares were 40p. If all goes well with general world health recovery, I would expect to see doubling or more in value by same time next year at the very least, perhaps not same time next week! One of the most exciting investments out there right now. One you don't need to risk a lot to make a lot.
