Baz I thought all day yesterday there was a seller between 40p and 41p (whilst steve thought it was shorters Buying? figure that one out) Somebody that bought at 35p or 36p. Today would just have let them finish off that selling and which might explain those algo sells.

Could be Yorek or he is just averaging down on his £10M Placing investement which was significantly under water.

The question is where did he get the shares from?

If I had any concern it would be where did he get all the shares from and has somebody sold him some (MM or another)

So maybe musical chairs and another RNS to follow.

Interesting development for sure but

a) its his MO to take stakes in the partnerships they get involved with (thought it would have happened much earlier.

b) he never overpays

c) with it will come volatility as he is a lover of CFD's and betting and imo plays shares both ways to get what he wants. e.g BOO

d) Big plus is MM can't Pacman defence him and may perceive him as a threat.

Looks like a record year ahead given the £1.5Billion increase in the forward order book to date.

Maybe a special dividend or another share buyback.

Traders banked yes but still got that small core holding and much closer to that ultimate exit @THG.

Profits were recycled nicely into 3, one of whcih was an astonishing price at Costain and a great RNS off them this morning with a forward order book up 50%, £160M Cash, they pay a dividend and they do and probably will further buy back their own shares.

How today finishes at THG is probably the most important bit to be watching.

I'm not so sure it's short exposure increasing, although feasible.

Atm it does look like its struggling to get above 41.2p with any volume. May just be the days ceiling, but it looks more like those buying at 35p and 36p being allowed to exit gracefully.

MM is weakened because he is equity rich as opposed to cash rich, so his wealth goes down with the Titanic that is THG imvho. The sale of Icon was again imvho to free up money for a sizeable THG Ingenuity stake (on the cheap) along with a tactical switch in holdings. Just far too many conflicts that aren't going away and he you would think would also have known how both Newco and Remainco were performing...

Interestingly today I read the Naked Traders blog after somebody mentioned it on here and he mentioned a recent trip to an Everyman Cinema which was busy and which caused him to then look at their most recent results. He then mentioned a tip for anyone considering investing in any company which was that if any of the company's at the start of their results mentions "adjusted Ebidta" then Sell the shares. I let everybody do their own research on those comments.

I guess my main concern with THG, is so dire was the Nutrition results, lack of definitive reason, or corrective action, including replacing individuals that it left me seriously wondering if the FCF numbers mentioned at the Placing will actually come to fruition. There is seriously for me a lot of work that needs done to resurrect Nutrition in an ever more competitive environment and my own preference is for new faces, however that comes to pass.

Bodhi given the way things are now shaping up and awaiting news on 10 further HAR 1 Decisions and any further spin-offs like in Fridays RNS), further German contracts which I can only see accelerating, Lingen, Shell... that 500MW Capacity Reservation is Utility scale (i.e it's a Power Station size deal) so I wouldn't be expecting too much of a discount.

They could I suppose offer them back the fee that they paid to reserve the factory capacity in the first place, or they could offer them the incorporation of the recent game-changing Iridium reductions for a reduced extra fee, or for free.

You're essentially asking people to pluck a number out the air, when nobody knows.

Such is the low nature of the Revenue guidance, so blatantly oversold nature of this share price imvho, and circa £200M cash on the balance sheet, that I'm actually tempted just to lock them up and leave them and look back in 6 monthly intervals.

It interested more for who might be selling and will we see an RNS (or two) for threshold crosses. Could it be Kelso taking some profit pre-next results or Matt Moulding maybe having been onboard without disclosing (some wished to remain anonymous), or could it be any of the others below. It's a sizeable chunk.

Given all the recent contract wins and noticeable acceleration in announcements, especially for Neptune V (the easier to fulfil contracts) and what with 100MW imminently shipping to Lingen and the same again in production (the 1st 100MW taking 5 months to produce if you read below), might the present years Revenue guidance now be too low?

Much though I would love it to be Selkirk there are two main downsides to any such deal.

Firstly if they were after 49% then that number of shares needs to be conjured up from somewhere, so presuming a lot wish to rollover then does the company look to issue mass new equity and dilute via EGM to make up the 49% number.

Secondly you might have a hard job convincing new investors to onboard @Selkirk and pay more firstly for only 49% of an asset, but also that they can already pick up in the market place tomorrow for 39p. The mood in the room changed on the presentation evening when Iain Mac mentioned only going for 49% of any company. You cede effective control and that's a hard sell. Especially also if it were to be Nutrition, and just after the recent complete Anus Horriblis results of severely fracturing revenue.

The thing is these shorters would go away if you didn't give them the ammunition. Unfortunately MM supplies them with truckloads at each update, both by his one man band performance at webcasts (The last two - terrible) and in the content of the results. Something is definitely not right @Nutrition and yet we continue with the same actors and all there is is effectively that we 'hope' for a turnaround. Other companies with poor results on any division recognise things, thoroughly review and then come up with turnaround plans. I must have missed THG's turnaround plan in the podcast. Strategically investors are left without any clue what is going to be done to resurrect things and unfortunately it reads like simply more 'wait and hope'.

Any bounces just play right into the hands of shorters for it creates the next easy drop and rob of PI money, on which they strive and repeatedly profit, and they can all just take positions and sit at 0.49% then one after another they increase and pop up over the 0.5% parapet and continue to increase. First one showing again, Then with it Fomo turns to Fud. It's just a simple and highly lucrative rinse repeat exercise.

Best option for everyone is a 51% or higher, controlling interest full takeover bid accompanied by thorough review and sweeping changes. Not sure MM though would wish to cede controlling interest.

That is just my post results thoughts as Nutrition turned out much worse than the optimism created in the previous update.

In just a few weeks from now, Linde will start collecting the first 100MW of our electrolyser stacks - soon to be installed in what will be the world's most advanced, biggest PEM electrolyser plant in operation on earth.

Meanwhile, the second 100MW of TRIDENT skids are progressing well in production.

Jeff, don't forget Lingen as it might also incorporate linked Neptune V's given the pilot plant was initially 5MW.

100MW just about to be shipped, and a further 100MW just about to be put into production also.

Momentum building may well accelerate further orders and reservations of capacity to ensure earlier deliveries. Shell are also in their for 100MW and their is that 500MW Reservation of Capacity.

Can you actually believe this is valued at not much more than cash on the balance sheet and with readily evident momentum building.
