Might even possibly be the reason for the Board Meeting that Iain McDonald posted on Linkedin that he had attended.

Giving the Board 3 to 4 weeks to decide and put pen to paper and commit prior to FY results and Q1 updates.

That plus 2 previous headwinds now being tailwinds is why I remain invested and topping up monthly and on any dips.

ResearchTree is showing 9.41% with 1.65% of that in the last month.

SS17, todays news has arrived before what looks like the combined $7 Billion of Bids that were at preferred bidder stage.

Chances of getting those home now?
As well as a decent share of about another $50 Billion of bids?

Today's news has arrived unexpectedly and completely out of the blue and has completely wrongfooted certain institutions short this stock and thinking that the CEO departing, lack of, and delays to contract signing, and statements like the above give them 8 to 12 months to make hay.

Todays award is the direct product of Putins special operation in Ukraine and the EU cutting ties from Russian energy supplies and to establish their own Energy Security. Many other European countries out after the same.

If the above is still accurate, and hasn't been added to, then there should be approx $60 Billion worth of contracts still up for grabs. You decide if todays award will serve to enhance or dinish their ability to land the others.

This agreement announced today is the largest in Petrofac's history. Expect more.

Not wishing to be funny here but THG are being given some excellent 1st Class Corporate Management Consultancy advice in Kelso's recommendations. Would be extremely foolish not to implement most of not all of them for the present share price is a mere smigeon of the last 170p and above bids and if he doesn't start implementing then MM will end up without a company to run. Needs to get the price up or one or more profitable strands of this business will be taken over.

Roll on April update and hopefully an RNS Reach telling us the New Jersey fulfilment centre has gone live.

You would have to RNS a buyback and it is carried out by brokers which are normally named and should? be done in such a way as not to influence the daily movement of the share price. That said if say it was a £50M buy back then again it takes that out of the anay available free float of shares because they normally either get placed in treasury and or they get cancelled. All contents of an RNS.

Back to more sensible levels.

Still undervalued though.

Most PI's seem to be holding now for the far bigger prizes that Kelso have just updated on and they themselves have just taken another 2.4 Million off the table.

Written Comprehensive Update on ready improvements for THG, already bought another 2.4 Million shares in THG and the placing looks like they have either got their eyes set on more THG or have another undervalued target in mind.
