Doubt there will be any 7a.m. RNS but if you read MM's post, watch the video and view Iain McDonalds comments this is going private and it might be with Apollos help via their "proposal" or otherwise.

In it until it reaches its conclusion now and I don't think we will have too long to wait.

The clock started ticking on Apollos proposal as of yesterday and at 77p what is now no more than a 10% rise from pre-Apollo announcement certainly won't be putting them off.

The proposal will in my view turn into an offer and I think you could bet a pretty penny that Moulding will be letting the market know.

He certainly isn't an embarrassment if you read the quotes thereafter. More inspirational.

One of his best posts yet for everyone knows what has been going on here, rinse and repeat so many times over. It is no wonder that good UK companies are quitting the City and Pension funds are investing elsewhere. Eventually it will get noticed as the Corporation tax that flows into the Exchequer and others pockets will become less and less.

I'd say its odds that when Apollo table an offer then key details will be made public. Its my opinion that it will a case of "when" and not "if"

Given the share price was in the 66p to 69.5p channel just prior I'd suggest 77p might be less likely to deter.

The fundamental question you should be asking yourself is whether Apoolo will be more inclined to make a formal offer with a share price at 97p or when it is 77p ?

I think many would have loved the chance to get into THG at just over a 10% premium to the share price knowing of Apollos approach.

Washington post thinks £1Billion could be achievable for Nutrition as it is presently. This year I think though will see a ramp up due to whey prices and transportation costs having lowered significantly.

That leaves all the rest of the going concern for not much more than free.

Come September Golden share is expiring. 2 Active Investors still there. First proposal received.

Dust now settling in terms of the RI completing you would think we should start to see some holdings RNS's for who bought what.

Whoever ended up picking up the rump look like they bagged themselves a bargain heading toward the busiest summer months.

Would love to be privy to the ongoing discussions, not from an "insider" point of view but rather from a social psychology side just to know how such negotiations get conducted.

With so many happening of late it just fascinates me.

May end up being more to any proposal than just simply a straight takeover and certainly some right notes that Apollo can offer Matt Moulding to "persuade him"

~ Reasonably priced offer (Would have to be significantly more than 79p or 80p
~ Taken private and off the LSE which he vocally states has been a mistake
~ Undertake to pay off any Debt
~ Continue to reorganise the company with view to relisting all or the individual parts on a different market
~ Present Exec Team stays in place
~ Translate present Exec holdings into a proportionate profit share of any additional value achieved over set timeframes.

Wouldn't have minded a shedload of those rump shares myself although happy to settle for a 30 to 35% discount to TERP.

Didn't take them long did it. Probably bought a fair few for themselves to profit from when it gets back to TERP or higher

This RI was priced to succeed and has done just that.

Debts now to be reduced, credit ratings improved and into a recovering industry as further evidenced by Easyjet just this morning.

Wording says its for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of THG

Just needs a number in top which should have been assisted by todays visibility.

The question is who has scooped up in the region of 10 to 14 million shares today?

Indeed and I personally cannot see Apollo not making an offer at these levels or put another way I can see them tabling a formal offer.
