Gts if you read todays RNS there was absolutely no reason for todays fall. In fact as others have pointed out between 8a.m. and 8.30a.m. it was going up (as it should have been). This was an orchestrated fall and one the FCA should look at.

It doesn't make me forget for one minute all the positive news that has been coming through on Linkedin, by media and by RNS and recent rises were more than justified.

I suspect somebody stole a position prior to HQ sale news and if anything it will only make Matt Moulding more determined to execute the plan he has, which I think is MBO and take private.

Read the THG Nutrition Fact v Fugazy thread and seriously ask yourself if 97p is where this share price should be, thats today. Then ask the same question for mid September update.

Rock8 the rinse repeat started at 08:30 today. Nothing to do with Mr Market, more to do with wide spreads being used to draw in sellers and repeat. Market makers behind this one and the question is who got accomodated.

I'd be more concerned if the new owners of Zaavi and IWOOT were related to Moulding or the BoD. Had it been the case then it would have been classed as a related 3rd party transaction and it would have been in the RNS. It's not the case and a brother who is an MD is not at Executive Board level so irrelevant.

I applaud both of them for their hard work and contributions but the new owner of ON=nDemand has to start making it work abd turning a profit from day one. We have done well to get £4Million for it and ProBikeKit and to sideline loss making business.

Ihavenoclue the rise isn't overdone and you only need to work conservative revenue multiples on THG Nutrition to see that.

Then add in two rounds of Private Equity Bids when the Golden Share was still in place. Now relinquished.

Lowest of those 170p and Apollo valuing THG Ingenuity at significantly more than 65-68p

Liberium Sum of Parts - 225p (and that imho is conservative)

Sandbach just before I pop you on filter its handy to point out for the information of all on here the fantasist nature of your postings. Yesterday on the REVB bulletin board you posted that you just sold at 37p. The highest the REVB share price got yesterday I believe was 30.5p to 31p and thats on the Offer side, but it did offer up a nice top up opportunity at 28.5p that HH and I took.

Then today up pops a Holdings TR1 and we have a new holder who bought 3.14% on the dip.

I've sold today at 37p. Just feel its ran out of steam.

I don't normally respond to tr oll posts but thought this one was comedy gold. Now into the filter bin you pop.

Your not wrong SBB, and the amount of "fact" that is out there is simply astonishing. Lets take MyProtein since the start of the year, and this should build on £675Million revenue from the 2022 Financial year, and isn't even factoring in the now tailwinds. Let me find and update that THG Nutrition post as there have been several recent developments.

If the fall is spread related then its in the main down in to the Market Makers.

If anyone as gone short then good luck what with the Golden Share gone, trading update, expansion and what we know is ongoing in the background.

Looks like a player back here and in all probability filling a cheeky buy order. The full group is already undervalued by about a factor 3 to 4 before todays shananigans.

Must be probably one of the only stocks where you have now completely exited a loss making division, get a £4Million bonus for it, guidance remains the same and you go down 3 or 4 points. If it had been Next then it would have gone up. Where the sp was heading at the start of the day is probably correct. Lets see if it recoups.

Hopefully that lets you understand firstly that THG Nutrition alone is significantly undervalued

But then also that you are getting for FREE

THG Beauty (A £1235M Revenue business in 2022 - and much bigger than THG Nutrition) and

THG Ingenuity, a global distribution and fulfilment network complete with full marketing analytics and promo.

Thats why as he says in his Linkedin post, Private Equity keep knocking at the door.

We have had 2 bidding rounds (thats only of those approaches declared) with the lowest of the 2 bidding rounds at 170p.

The last recent Apollo bid valued THG Ingenuity ALONE at "significantly higher" than the 65p to 68p which was the share price just prior.
