RE: Regulatory Investigation21 Jul 2023 22:52
Thanks for the pointer Hh and I see it hidden in the small print. I have revisited, updated and revised the orevious post. Doesn't change any of the conclusions though. He still holds virtually 1/3 of what his combined purchases and options were prior and both he and Elizabeth Lake sold to cover the tax payable on the options.
" Peoplepower1 let me clarify you on Bob Holt and his shareholdings and the mistaken and defamatory thoughts of several that he sold knowing this Regulatory Investigation RNS was coming.
On the 18th July Bob Holt was credited with 5,684,210 nominal cost options and 2,842,105 nominal cost options to Elizabeth Lake which they were entitled to on suspension being lifted.
Bob Holt, with his own money then shortly after suspension was lifted also bought:
~1 Million shares at 26p on the 29th June not long after suspension lifted
~0.5 Million further shares on the 3rd July at 31.62p
So in total he was holding over 7 Million shares in RevB - 7,184,210 shares to be precise.
He then issued a TR1 today informing the market that he had sold 2,250,000 REVB shares at 30p.
The date of that sale from the RNS was the 19TH JULY - 2 DAYS AGO - NOT TODAY.
19th July. He then also sold 2,557,895 to boohoo at a price of 32.625 pence in order to cover the tax payable by them on the exercise of their options.
So to clear things up he still holds circa 2,376,315 REVB shares by my calculations.
So.
1. He hasn't sold them all.
2. Some were sold on the option award to pay the tax liability
3. The ones he advised the sale of today were actually sold 2 days prior to todays RNS.
4. Perceptively given his previous career and roles he would have foresaw the FCA would investigate (How honestly could they not, yet he still bought 1.5 Million shares with his own money).
*Incidentally Elizabeth Lake got 2,842,105 shares as a lifting from suspension bonus. She sold 1,335,789 shares also to cover the tax payable by them on exercise of their options.”
*Derek Zissman and Matthew Eatough have also bought shares with their own money since the lifting of suspension and which they both still hold.
There you go
