He only needs to mention he is considering it - for THG as a whole or through taking for instance MyProtein to a US listing.

I'm a definite firm believer that it is already written what is going to happen @THG and the recent dip from 109p only served to confirm that. The John Gallemore buy in being the catalyst for that belief.

US has had another strong day on both the Dow and Nasdaq again and I have to agree with you that markets are strengthening again

If you can actually find a justifiable and legitimate reason for the fall from 109p / 100p then please tell.

THG imo justifiably reached that number off several new product launches on the immediate run up, both here and in India and also off the purchase of CityAM for a song and the immediate business synergies and advantage that will readily come to THG and THG Ingenuity clients. We were also told that Whey prices are at a 7 year low.

Then of course we have just got the news of the doubling of the range of frozen ready meals at Iceland and we know there is much more coming (choc ices and ice cream lollies imminent, Cereals, Yoghurts and Cheese).

Yes we await a date for the Results update but we are maybe due another Linkedin post off Matt Moulding (Frozen ready meal expansion probably) He might be either stuck in an airport lounge or hotel trying to make his way home due to the air traffic control debacle.

Its predictable, not so sure about annoying, as its the Market Makers trying to get some stock for tomorrow. But its not generating any great volume here.

Happy to settle for a 7.22% gain today and to keep it sensible with it off the top percentage boards.

Too much news coming out of @THG, and every time someone now tries to short it in any guise then they leave with their tale between their legs.

Next Update in about 2 weeks (or whenever the BoD) decide to deliver it. They've got shrewd at publishing dates and just the day before the last update there was a 40% OUCH rise for those betting against.

You are a good 2 months behind the curve moniman and given events at Iceland and the stocking of the freezers with twice the range of newly branded products you are probably witnessing the birth of MyProtein as a FMCG conglomerate

That's the first Iceland or THG comment Sp28 but there is no way that these extra 14 products (all culinary delights btw) with full rebranding are just being slipped into Iceland freezers without a serious launch attached to them.

Like you said yesterday the company is fast turning itself into an FMCG in its own right and right in front of your eyes. Choc Ices and lollies imminently to be added and Cereals, Yoghurts and Cheeses to come.

UK airspace 'technical issue' has been 'remedied', says NATS

Flights using UK airspace were delayed or cancelled for several hours on Monday due to what Britain's National Air Traffic Service said was a technical issue that it had now identified and remedied.

NATS had earlier had to restrict the flow of aircraft and manually input flight plans after the issue affected its system's ability to automatically process flight plans, with airlines and airports warning of delays and cancellations.

'We have identified and remedied the technical issue affecting our flight planning system this morning. We are now working closely with airlines and airports to manage the flights affected as efficiently as possible,' NATs said in a statement.

'Our engineers will be carefully monitoring the system's performance as we return to normal operations.' "

That's actually a very good and well researched article by CityAM covering all angles of the attempts to reform the noticeably shrinking listings and new IPO's in the City of London and to make it more appealing and there is a lot of commentary by many in the market in there as well to balance it all out.

Dies mention general short selling but I do hope people take time to fully read it as there are bits alluded to in there which some would not have been privy to - like for instance - *Naked Short Selling By The Market Makers*. So they, the market makers, can sell "fake" shares into the market to move the price. That's ones that neother own or have borrowed. They can just pluck them out of thin air - and interestingly despite changes suggested to improve things this practice was actually supported by the Government under the guise of creating liquidity / volume in the markets (and of course Stamp Duty and Corporation tax for guess who!!) So in actual fact a lot of the time when posters on here talk about "shorts" this and "shorts" that and post shorttracker or FCA daily data with no change the actual culprit may be none other than the market makers.

I wouldn't bet against MM Naked shorting in a quiet market being behind Fridays 5p fall. One that will probably be given back at some point with a nice profit made through picking up stock low and passing it on higher (and having manipulated both) If you are looking for a culprit for Fridays manipulation and near 5p fall in low volume into the close then you probably have your answer. Nice profit for someone manipualting ot down to pick up and then moving it back up to pass back into the market a higher price.

Especially what with now confirmations of an extensive expansion In MyProtein frozen ready meals over the weekend.

Then you had Fridays blue finish on both the Dow and Nasdaq which having just checked seems to have been further extended today as well in the US.

Start of a new week tomorrow and there are not too many left before next THG update and with the June, excellent and ahead of time, Trading Update there to refer to and setting the scene nicely.

Lastly can I just say that the article just reminds us what can and most probably will happen here, if we don't see an MBO or next Bid emerge soon - de-list from the UK markets and take it to the US - like all the others mentioned in the article.

I completely agree with your thoughts on THG now turning into a FMCG and that is exactly the vibe I got several times last week when I saw all the new offerings.

These will scale internationally (and rapidly knowing THG) into the many new supermarket agreements that we know have been signed across Europe and Asia in this last year. It's no secret either as they have openly declared it previously that they are also partial to doing Own label products for other FMCG's and supermarkets.

Your right that there is no value for THG Nutrition in the present THG market cap.
