RE: Why would anyone sell ?23 Aug 2023 10:41
It's the job of the market makers to set prices for all the stocks in the market and then hopefully they entice in both sellers and buyers and in the process they make their money from healthy volumes and the spread between the Bid and Offer prices.
Normally you would expect that share price to be somewhere representative of where all the Long Term holders (representing 65% of shareholders here) sit on their sticky stock.
Arguably though with such a massive turnaround in communication where all can gauge for themselves progress being made, and with such a low share price, that 65% @ THG is now probably somewhere nearer 95%.
If they haven't worked it out yet this is why the MM's are struggling daily for any sort of volume.
It's also the case that if the price is being set of a vastly reduced free float that is out of kilter or sync with the overall majority of shares then a) you get Bids and b) its a sitting duck for an MBO. c) You question whether are you actually listed in the right place.
Take your pick of the 3 here
It is so obvious that even an asleep and blindfolded bat can see it.
Seen enough here with headwinds now tailwinds and all the information provided, sufficient enough to semi switched just waiting for one of those 3 aboves to happen.
