Most of the last weeks falls have been gaps diwn on opening, aka market makers.

Absolutely stupid pricing atm and on falls but accompanied by low volume.

Especially after recent results and a return to profit and debt pay down only a week or so ago and some really good comparables.

Same for Kelso who were even offering themselves up as a vessel for the same purpose.

Try on the last week of the month Cong where they generally do Payday deals and its 60%. They operate a variable pricing model with the prices changing generally from week to week, but after the Russia / Ukraine special operation and commodity prices rising they invested circa £50 Million (of Softbank monies) to keep prices low for their customers and to retain and grow the customer base.

The AGM trading statement makes it quite clear it has paid off and they expect further benefit in H2.

Btw, if they bag customers with say a 40% discount as opposed to a 60% discount and what with 7 year low whey prices - then their margin and profit obviously increases.

It's definitely worth pinging that Linkedin post to John Goold at Kelso. They are in the business of making these things happen and it's right in line with what they have been suggesting.

The going rate by the way given Mars recent acquisition of Kevin's Natural Foods is 5.5 X Revenue. THG in 2022 without all the forelisted expansion made £675M revenue in the 2022 accounts. That's for Nutrition only.

That's not the case manchego and everyone knows that @THG invested many milliosn to keep their prices virtually static

and retain and grow custom whilst everyone else was putting theirs up in line with inflation.

Irrespective of what is now getting to be desperate manipulation most are continuing to hold with the main reasons being twofold:

2. The Golden Share having been relinquished early by Matt Moulding, meaning he no longer possesses the power to veto and further takeovers with his 1 golden share.

170p the lowest publicly known Bid of the 2 sets, it being from Belerion / King Street. The second more recent id looks to have been measurably higher.

Bot of value being presented again given those not too distant good results.

Is off putting for those wishing to top up. I know isn't probably anywhere near 2p but thats what people see.

Seems to be a deliberate attempt being made here to stifle daily volume.

Getting appealing for a nice little top up at these levels imvho.

I must admit to also having done likewise yesterday just in case we get any games wit the share price.

That said it seems to be holding up steadily and it was nice to 110p and 11p yesterday.

Trading pot at the ready to play again.

I wouldn't worry about it. Results were good and theres always a nice and safe dividend.

Will change and uptick back up with change in the FTSE100 market sentiment.
