Given what has gone on here, and been communicated over the last 6 to 8.5 months then off the back of the June Trading update and further expansion then for once I'm personally looking forward to the H1 numbers and Outlook statement - and whatever else MM has got up his sleeve.

Personally I am grateful for CityAM and MM highlighting "shorting" for with all the committees and reports going on right now it is at a key juncture and it is important that all interests are represented should they wish to reform the City for the better. The more it gets highlighted and mentioned and creates its own negative narrative then the more that somebody has to tackle it.

The discounts are MP's way of variable pricing and mistime it and you pay more. MP is price competitive and I am also a regular customer and if you want the best discount then buy in the last week of the month. Simples.

I'm actually looking forward to our next update and holding for the next Corporate Event and in an era of Golden share all relinquished. Market Cap compared to Sum of Parts is a joke so you would think instant doubler plus on next approach.

Or alternatively If MM is going to MBO this with Middle Eastern assistance then it has to happen somewhere around now for as Breakeven turns into profit THG will become more and more expensive.

That would just put us at the lowest price offered during 2 sets of previous Bids by Private Equity and still a mile short of Sum of parts. Do think tough that it has to be the next target number to chase and be aiming at if things are continuing in the same vein as the June Trading Update.

The fun comes if the update pleases and people want stock as nobody seems to be even remotely tempted at these lowly share prices.

That probably imvho has to be one of the most lightweight interviews that I have ever read and is it any wonder that institutions are walking all over the top of the LSE and doing whatever they like whilst others are de-listing and moving elsewhere or choosing not to list in the UK. Does it also not surprise you the response MM got from the LSE when he raised various matters.

Forget each question being like an an exam question this isn't secondary school or Uni it's the real world and somebody needs to pull their finger out and get started on a proper agenda for meaningful change. One of these committees was convened in 2021 for ga wds sake and there is not one word mentioned on shorting or naked shorting.

It's almost like the easiest way to make sure nothing gets done is to convene a committee and stick it out to an under-resourced body that must be asking itself why as a Financial Conduct Authority it is having to do someone elses role. Put and end date on each of these commissioned pieces of work and then the outcomes and recommendations wrapped up can go to the FCA for comment / approval.

The only one point that is useful in all of this is that it highlights the "negative narrative" of the press albeit it completely distances itself from associating it with dodgy HF interests and hooky goings on to rob share prices and market caps. Great to see the the App is now up and running and only 6 weeks since the notion was first conceived. Wow.

The cost savings and synergies are readily apparent for THG and it provides a free or discounted advertising route for both them and THG Ingenuity clients, of which only a few bits of that business turns CityAM instantly profitable.

The APP only serves to widen the appeal further and the Lifestyle section is a hand in glove fit for MyProtein and Lookfantastic, Cult beauty etc. Gateway to London and the Home counties.

If we can get back to 109p or higher before then and things continue in the same vein of the June trading update then the Belerion / King Street 170p has to be the next realistic short to medium target on the agenda.

Somebody definitely changed compass direction yesterday and was afforded the privilege without unduly moving the share price. 15 million shares is a lot of shares on a no positive or negative news day.

That you just know didn't happen.

Volume didn't get to anywhere near that all day and only a day or so back it was struggling to get to 1 Million shares traded by about 3p.m., finished at 1.5M

The fact you are able to make such volumes appear and after hours is just testimony to what is so completely wrong and broken with fu gazy London markets.

15 million traded in a day when its been averaging about 1.5 to 2.5 million daily - says somebody is either buying in or changing the direction of their position - ahead of results. Apollo my guess. Matt probably sent them a hamper of the new Iceland ready meals for an office lunch !!

This is back to 109p or higher by the end of next week. The fu gazy that is our market seems to have manufactured and threw away a load of shares last week to try and entice sellers only to get not very much reciprocated.

Matt Moulding seems quiet, for him, which normally means he is either plotting or he is confident of delivering something tangible.
