So given this one trade below on the day of the placing itself equates to nearly half of the total of all the placing shares, is anyone actually expecting any influx of placing shares "through" the market tomorrow. I ask knowing that being admitted to, is entirely different from being sold through the market?

Or has today just been another dupe whereby some get persuaded to sell out so another can pick them up?

I just want to ask a question on this Director sell to II placing and it's just something that perplexes me.

The stated aim seems to be to put more liquidity into the market.

But how can that be if all you are doing is moving your shares directly to another Institution / long term holder.

Why not just sell into the market slowly and then the shares would be there for everyone to buy, sell recycle.

It's the supposed logic that bamboozles me on this one.

I think you and I both know that the placing shares have already been forward sold, if not all then certainly the bulk, and if I was the holder of any remaining placing shares then knowing what we now know I wouldn't be selling any for a meagre 10 to 15% profit.

Interesting day tomorrow if none appear as those short today will have to buy back.

Interesting day coming up tomorrow if the placing shares that are meant to be entering the market tomorrow have already been forward sold or those with the placing shares decide to keep what they have.

They've obviously got the HE1 RNS's. But on top they have also got the benefit of Nobles detailed results and their presentation.

The placing already happened in the 7th Feb and it was only for £4.7 Million. The shares are meant to be issued onto the market tomorrow but everyone knows they get forward sold. The large trade I've referred to and accompanying volume and large rebound after suggested the end of them previously being forward sold. So those wishing to go short or remain as such thinking they will hit the market tomorrow, and critically will all be sold, are perfectly welcome to do so.

The date though certainly hasn't stopped the market makers utilising the share entry date to drop the price and in so doing increase the volume.

But it doesn't change the HE1 RNS's on target depth reached and its inclusions and the Itumbula RNS and also the detailed analysis of Nobles nearby drills at Mblele 1 and Mbelele 2.

And back up it went to 2.55p

Find the bulletin board chatter at the time and you'll know it was all about this being the end trade for the forward selling.

So GL for tomorrow if you think 330M placing shares are coming onto the market and will be sold.

My recent top up did the same.

It might be the standard Aim circus Hector but it cant change the fact its up to 4.7% Helium to surface and 2.2% Hydrogen and with elevated Helium shows in multiple levels at HE's Itumbula propsect and also Nobles tremendous confirmation since of the massive reservoirs they have at Mbelele 1 and Mbelele 2 and free flowing gas cap.

The drop brings out the FUD and if its placing shares to be sold FUD then I think its probably misplaced.

But it allows a derisked entry price for many so hence why I'm not oddsing it and Ill stick with top ups at pre-identified points.

So sadly imvho you won't be seeing 330 Million shares sold into the market tomorrow as most if not all have already been forward sold and rinsed several times over.

But good luck in your endeavours and I'll have a few also if they wish to give them away.

For those that can't recall events from only a week ago let me jog the memory.

After the placing there were many millions of shares traded, in fact into the billion and down to about 1.75p (bid) to 1.80p (Ask)

Then up popped this very large 150 Million trade and representing just under half the 330Million placing shares and then the share price rose back to 2.55p with another couple of very high volume days.

Its been broken in an orchestrated way and with some FUD punted across the back.

But what it doesn't do is change the HE1 drill results and detailed ones from Noble since and in essence it lets you buy in or top up at just over half its recent highs. (with the benefit of the above details)

I think every man and his dog will want suitcases full at 1.5p but in reality the placing was so small (only £4.7 Mill) and on the day of the placing itself it only fell to circa 1.8p having fallen in advance. That didn't last long with it rising back to the 2.55p level quickly and after one very large trade that everyone saw as the end of forward selling.

Just don't be surprised if you see hardly any placing shares traded tomorrow as most if not all imvho are already rinsed several times over.

I'm not grumbling as I'm sat on spare cash and topping up at strategic points.

Skippy, given the volumes after the placing was announced virtually all were forward sold.

Just out of interest who do you think is buying any that are being sold into the market as markets have both sellers and buyers.

Incidentally who do you think is buying the ones that are being sold?

Why would they be selling today when they could have sold at 2.5p last week?

Rinse repeat in operation today via some naked shorting by the MM's and utilising the spread imvho.

Not only forward sold but churned about 10 times over at least.

They have already been forward sold.

And I've several left in the tank.

Its extremely rare you get up to 4.7% Helium and 2.2% hydrogen flowing to surface and the numbers at both Helium1 and Noble speak for themselves.

I think somebody got to top up about 25 Million at 1.95p having just watched the last half hour.

Its just the way the City works.
