That's the big plus point at the moment about the game-changing find at Itumbula as it should mean the price to farm-in to any of the licence areas and prospects just went up considerably after Itumbula.

Be nice to know if we also nailed those further 9 licences that we were (secretively) negotiating on with the Tanzanian government. Perhaps that might be where some of the recent monies will be heading.

It always pays to be ahead of the pack with your own analysis and geological mapping. It all helps you identify where, buy the licence area and stake your claim.

It also helps massively when you have your own, fully owned Drill Rig that can drill deep into the basement.

Laughable really that Matt Moulding has to buy or top up his shares in Kelso for his own companies share price to go up,

and a nice uplift in The Works yesterday what with it's two new experienced Kelso Board members. Shame the person scribing negatively about them didn't sense the opportunity that it presented !!

All in good time one would expect and with somebody nicely reloaded with 150M to 200M worth of shares probably more courtesy of last few days share price movement. They'll be after the far bigger prize to come.

The big clue yesterday was that it all happened the day before supposed entry of the new shares. If they were all going to come on the market and be legitimately sold then you simply wait the one day.

If you got conned out your shares yesterday then if it were me I'd be sitting through all of yesterdays posts, collating the monikers of all who perpetrated what looks to have been a lie and pop them on an email to the FCA along with highlighting the share price manipulation.

That's because yesterdays complete con job of those previously forward sold placing shares all allegedly coming onto the market to be sold has unravelled. But don't let that stand in the way of many PI's having stop losses triggered or thinking they could sell and buy back cheaper.

Hopefully others saw through it and bought in or topped up accordingly.

Here was that end of forward selling 150 Million trade that on the 7th Feb started the rise back to 2.55p

Hopefully normal service resumed and somebody manipulated themselves probably 150M to 200M shares out of the over 400M traded yesterday and got back in the cheap yesterday.

What HE1 are sat on is clearly a world class resource, commercial find and with Noble they know it is a working helium system.

I'm not fond of any Board members selling shares. But worse still when they try to dress it up that the market needs the shares. It goes against all principles of a free market. It would have been far better just to say they were selling to bank some profit rather than appear potentially devious in what they are saying. Just imvho.

Given the anticipated growth trajectory over the next few years then there was still good upward movement in the share price and probably still is once the market gets over the Director selling and whatever happens to previously tightly held stock.

The FCA taking action should please Matt and CityAM you would think.

Nice to see them active for once and making arrests.

If you can actually find a legitimate reason for todays fall from the high of 2.15p down to 1.7p then good luck to you. In fact to the contrary there was a really good presentation overnight off one our near neighbours, Noble Helium.

I guess if it was a ruse then it had to happen today before the realisation that the placing shares were all previously flipped or are being tightly held. You learn to use these manufactured dips as top up opportunties. Well at least I do, and I still have plenty powder dry for some more.

I get what you are saying RJ but I'll post it a couple of times this evening. It;s quieter when the markets are closed so maybe some will take the time to sit and read and hold.

Should be an interesting day tomorrow to see all these newly admitted (cough - Forward Sold) placing shares being traded. Looks like a ruse interestingly created the day before admission with an orchestrated drop and plenty of volume.

So who was in the market hoovering up what became available?

StrictlyZinc the number of shares in existence are finite and amidst all of them some will be very tightly held by institutions and others and the rest will be in the limited free float.

Liquidity hasn't been a problem since the last RNS and in consequence the share price has risen as more people wish to hold the shares.. Now if there is so much demand for the shares and you can't meet that demand then you raise the share price further to free up stock and to meet demand. That is the full working ethos of a market. Either that or if you need extra funds to grow then you create new shares and have a placing , open offer or combination of both.

The logic behind todays Director sells simply does not make any sense and to me its been dressed up.

That is what I was getting at.

Well they have Negotiated Trade on it at 1.8p so good luck getting 1.5p

Just taken some time out to watch Nobles presentation at the RIU MIning Cinference in Freemantle, Australia.

2 drills two finds off them, near neighbours to us and with the 2 shallow wells they have drilled through the Upper, Middle and Lower Lake Beds layers, and we have drilled through all of those and gone down far deeper to 961 metres with far higher Helium percentages from further down.

Note their gas cap, how they reckon it could underpin the project, whats in the offtake agreements and on Helium shortage 4 point 0
