What a sneaky time to announce results just before the market closed on Christmas Eve hoping nobody would notice the awful figures

Even better for Tiger Resources who apart from receiving extra shares from Bezant have an option to cash in for a million pounds in the new investment all at no cost to the company
Together with their other investments and cash from recent placing the company only valued at two million

Looks like the funding will come from the warrants issued at 0.70 from the placing which does not help the old investors in at a much higher price
Also any new investors will have to pay twice that at least in the market

I have the same idea. Also their investment in Bezant is,doing well together with upcoming manganese Ipo and £500000 proceeds from recent placing all for market cap of 2 million

Back even now and buys coming in
Also just now another 1 trade so may be indicative of further RNs and looks now a lot going on and about time !

The closing price quoted is 0.425 however the last trade at 4.30 was a 500000 buy at 0.60
So looking good for the morning

I bought these a month ago based on the low market cap and upcoming manganese IPO which could be very beneficial to the share price
I just noticed a 1 trade at 3.20 which could mean a further RNS if you believe this as an indicator but news will follow or why make the new appointment

Confirmed not true as I could buy easily through my brokers which is normal for this share.
Would love to say there is a demand for the share !

I have just re-read the rationale for the placing statement and now obvious they knew then that the license over PEL 0029 could not receive further extension under Namibian law as the words used were potential and contingent
It would have been more honest to make this as a statement of fact then but I suppose they wanted to get the placing away to keep the company going

The directors but not all subscribed total of £72000 in total and considering their remuneration hardly a great act of faith
Long standing shareholders now sitting on large losses so no great celebration that you can sell a million shares at .63 pence at the close !

Interesting Sebastian Marr a major resource investor has just taken a 4% stake in Tiger
So looks like something brewing there
With such a small capitalisation of only 1 million looks like Colin Bird is setting up some sort of action. Very interesting now

Seems to me a good entry is the Colin Bird vehicle Tiger Resources TIR which holds stakes in Galileo Bezant resources Jubilee Metals all doing really well now
Also very interesting upcoming IPO for licensed in Botswana for the in demand manganese
All for a company with a market cap of one million
However shares are illiquid as very few trades

This is amazing news for a company very much under the radar
As the shares are so tightly held any buying pressure should see the shares surge as so hard to buy any quantity
