He must have been a forced seller to be selling at rock bottom prices but clears the way with all the news to move much higher

if you look at the April placing you will see Monecor were the sole broker for placing the shares at 0.45 and when ever the share price goes into the mid fifties their holding is reduced so that is how I read it

When it is above .50 they are offloading but still hold nearly ten percent so obviously have no faith in the prospects and today you could buy as many as you wanted according to my broker

Very little free float and only one million market cap so share price could be multiples
However depending on fund raise and price

Really interesring 3 RNs showing large holdings by Us investors and and when suspension lifted should generate a lot of excitement

This is why I have learnt to stay clear of UK companies investing in America as they always end up being ripped off
If there was any value to be had you can be sure the Americans would have been involved

At present company valued at investments and cash with no value put on any deals or joint venture income
Seems a false price as can sell two and a half million but can only buy 175000 so any buys will push this much higher

I am not sure this company ever existed as could never find any reference to it and may be the company has realised and taken it down

Trouble is no buyers now so will go back to the 50' s yet again

Do tend to agree with 3cardbrag as been a shareholder for so many years and there always seems to be another fundraise just when you think and have been told fully funded
I really hope I am wrong as we need no further dilution
