I would add that I am a long suffering holder sitting on losses but do not appreciate your but actual facts from the company before tipping up any more

It looks like the 30 million acquired by Imperial Brand were purchased from Peter Taylor as the dates correspond and nothing to do with Monecor

So Jackiel i was right all along and your statements are all nonsense and very misleading as obvious if they were selling since October there would have Been an end confirming the disposals

Looking like will not take much to move this as at present market makers bidding for quantity of shares and approx two million shares on offer at .51 then after that goes to .065 so something going on in the background so picked up half a million just now

However I take issue with PV E consulting as companies house show them as having only one employee who is the director. So hardly a major outfit
I can not understand for the life of me why the full time directors are not engaging in the farm out process in the past few years and really wonder what they actually do

You can not say Monecor sold out because not a fact as the last announcement on 17 September said held 12% or over 100 million shares and no RN S since then.
If they had reduced their holding would have announced it so need to state honest truth

His comments about no shares available and can sell quantity over the bid did not concur with information from my broker at the time and failed to suck in the buyers and appears now to be getting out

There is absolutely no announcement from the company regarding an acquisition
We do not want an acquisition we want a sale of the company and money returned to long suffering shareholders like myself

I have been a shareholder for fifteen years in this company and experienced many highs and lows but mainly lows from the days of Jan Nelson promising riches,
I am following every snippet of information with excitement with the hope of actually making a profit
However deep down it seems all too Good to be true !
However having waited this long I will not be selling

I see Afzal Valli on Twitter is still talking this up but my question is why would Peter Taylor original long standing director sell out his shares a few weeks ago at rock bottom price.
Surely he would know if any good news was On the way and would be holding out for a

I have been trying to find out who is behind Imperial Brand llc who took a stake of over 3% a few weeks ago but have discovered nothing
Does any one have a clue who they are and the reason for their holding ?

According to Afzal Valli seller out but not quite sure how he knows this !

What success has he in the past as I know nothing of him so would be interested to know
