Article today in Sunday times David Lenigas was unusually quiet about the demise of NQ minerals on Twitter where he regularly talks up shares after the collapse of the company
So that is that is pretty final

Interesting announcement today that Robert Johnson has acquired 3% stake and presume he is the serial entrepreneur of SP Angel
With Chris Akers recently increasing his stake to over 10% looks like ready for some action

The main reason for thinking there was hope here was Lenigas confirming the upcoming listing on the main market of the LSE was progressing but alarm bells should have rung when On 26 July with a private placing to raise a paltry £35000
So now a complete write off and shareholders wiped out

My own costly fault as I should have investigated more into the company especially with Lenigas the chairman having only 20000 shares and foolishly topped up just before suspension
Every single company I have invested in which went into administration the shareholders have been wiped out and unfortunately this will be no different

What is being said as do not do Twitter
Presumably positive as large volume on Friday must be a sign of news

Nobody really knows what is going on but the fact is today 60million shares traded which is 10% of the issued share capital
I think next week we may find out

Share price now valued at about cash and investment valuation
Does not take account of exciting joint venture agreements and now looking undervalued

As a long term holder sitting on large losses I really a few months ago had high hopes with the constant optimistic statements and podcasts from Colin Bird
It now seems that this was just a ploy to get placings away and businesses back to normal
Normally if something sounds too good to be true it usually is not
Sorry to be negative but that is how it seems to me

Just go to London stock exchange RNS announcement issued today for Tiger Royalties and click on annual results for year ended 31 December 2020 and included is the long chairman's report

Very interesting statement included in chairman's report for Tiger Royalties issued today
In which he gives a very long personal view of the state of the world's economy and the unprecedented demand for copper and other minerals and in his opinion small mining companies are in demand with particular reference to Australia due to the fact that Chile the main copper country is in decline
It is all extremely positive for Xtract and Tiger and he is certainly alive and kicking with strong informed views

With the current cash balances and the sale of the conventional gas business according to the results issued today will have cash reserves of 44 million dollars
With the market cap of 26 million seems to me to be grossly undervalued at far less than cash balances despite all the other assets

Very difficult to buy at the moment as only 25000 On offer at 2.70 then after that have to pay 2.92 but well bid

Could listing on main market news be imminent ?

Colin Bird must have known about this plan for a while as Tiger Resources last month purchased_one million shares at 0.10 on flotation so good news for Tiger as already doubled their value
It now seems Tiger is a good entity into other Colin Bird companies as decent stake now in Bezant and and others

Seems obvious that they are the seller and good news if they are out as the company is a short term funding outfit
I topped up yesterday and interestingly the market makers told my broker off the cuff there had not been a seller in The company for weeks so looking to move up

As the saying goes. Would not like to be out of this over the weekend and Easter holiday !

My broker had to make a phone call to buy first thing as not much stock around
Any volume should see upward movenent

500000 buy first thing at 1.19 above the ask so looks like news coming soon

You can sell virtually no shares but can buy as many as you want
This all confirmed by my broker and even the bid shown of eight pence is not the real price but less
Do not forget the placing was at one pence so big profit for those investors
