RNS out shares suspended awaiting reverse take over of very exciting mineral asset in South Africa so pleased topped up last week

They must have been sold off market so awaiting TR1 of who the new buyer is and that will be the really interesting news

No idea who they are but interesting and could be turning point

For some reason does not show Rns this afternoon staying that 25 % holder down to zero but who has purchased the stake ? Looking like good news that deal could be very close may be next week as late buys coming in anticipation

Always a good sign taking shares instead of salaries
Directors are no fool's and know shares are at bargain prices with the potential to Be realised

Financial accounts now out and in chairman's statement confirmed one and a half million now received from Sandfire so now well funded and no risk of further placing and report very positive
Should move up strongly now

These are still well below the large placing in June priced at 2.30 so none of those investors will be looking to get out and now seems a very good entrance for new investors

Likely good news hence those in the know bought in On Friday and probably the reason for the rise

It is worth noting that Colin Bird has a relationship with Sandfire Resources with his other companies Gallileo and African Pioneer and and Sandfire has just announced a billion dollar acquisition of Spanish copper producer in Spain
An acquisition of Xtract would be peanuts to them !

RNS So much for Afzal Alli claiming on Twitter that Monecor now out. Instead they still have 100 million to clear
Obvious now he knows no more than the rest of us and in my bones the realisation that if we are so cheap there would be a takeover approach by now
All I have left is hope!

Also with the June placing of shares at 1.50 the warrants priced at 2.25 pence so can see this moving up to that level quickly

Looks to me like a fantastic deal with cash now and shares in a major company and a possible success payment of up to 80 million dollars
The market obviously likes it and with the last placing at 1.50 a good entry point

It appears Afzal Valli is now writing nonsense on his Twitter quoting two 2 million purchases
Anyone who knows the market can see they are rollovers as within a minute of each other with a slight margin in it for the marketmakers and does seem like he is just pumping it so beware

I am not sure placing shares flushed as surely Monecor would have to announce reduction in holding of 13% or 111 million shares held which was On 19 August which is 3 weeks ago

Back in April Monecor were involved in the one million placing which they nearly cleared recently in August to 3% and then we have the latest one million placing in August which according to the latest RNS they now hold over 13% so all of these remain to be cleared

So no further RNS regarding Monecor holdings since 19 August so presumably still holding over 13% or 111 million shares to dispose of which is a big overhang so unfortunately can only see share price staying at this level

Interesting RNS just out from African Pioneer AFP another Colin Bird company in which they ha've increased their stake in copper prospect in Namibia and he sounds very bullish
The company which recently listed on The main market with low market cap and below the 3.50 listing price seems to be a good punt also with a billion Australian dollar mineral company holding 15 %

Despite some posts criticising Colin Bird there is no doubt he knows the mining business as evidenced by his achievements in his various companies as shown by the advances in Jubilee Metals with the announcement today
His companies B ZT and GLR are making progress but what interests me is his latest company African Pioneer AFP which listed on the main market in June with Colin Bird having a large holding together with TIR but the 15 % holding of Sandfire Resources valued at over one billion on the Australian stock exchange gives cause for optimism and with the share price down 40% from the placing seem worth a punt

It seems all the positive feeling is being lost as we are now over 30% down from the placing price of 5.60 in April
As a long term holder at that stage had high hopes of recovering my investment but always at the back of my mind is the constant fund raising from Colin Bird and hope for a,change of fortune

Certainly looks a good time to buy and bear in mind 6.4 million raised at 2.30 in June so now well below the placing price
