In order to achieve the .4 level it needs volume - unfortunately the Avg daily volume is circa 50ml and today it is struggling to hit the target of 30ml - if there is a sudden surge it will change, but it's not looking very likely - the only thing that's going to get us really going is the damned ODD - PLEASE 🙏
