The fact two of the highest 12 month price targets just happen to be from Darktrace's very own in house brokers is the reason there is a high average. Anyone that trusts broker ratings deserves to lose the lot.
Make of that what you will
Haha good post Watchman highlights what us long term posters already know.
I feel sorry for the new members who don't understand that if they listen to what he says they will soon realize he is more danger to their money than Jimmy Saville was to hospital visits.
Charles they would probably be best to concentrate on acquiring new contracts within the estimated
5.5 million UK businesses & 30 million EU businesses.
Considering cyber attacks have been front and center of the business news over the past 12months they should have grown customer base faster. Though if they are constantly thinking the same as you, it is highly likely it will start losing money in the next 12months.
Watchman to be fair to Charles, it is a phrase he has used consistently for the past 18months. He feels that adding that to his posts gives it more conviction.
So far every time he says , which is nearing triple figures, he gets it so badly wrong.
He hopes that one day he will get at least one random ramp correct because he desperately dreams for the day he can say I told you so.
Ah I see I was looking for the FCF position. Because on the last set of accounts they only made 14m from a 415.48m turnover so if they have increased the free cash to $368m then they really have smashed it in the last 12months especially considering they only had an operating margin of 3.4% in the last set of accounts.
PI - Darktrace market cap - 1.8 Billion - Zero debt, big cash pile in the bank.
Not sure where you have got the the idea there is a big cash pile. The last declared accounts and updates seem to differ from that idea. Though if you have anything to collaborate that statement I would be very interested to see it. One of the Red Flags I had was they were going through free cash at a higher rate than they should have. However if they have got past that then this is could be a huge turning point.
I always wonder how much Tax the government have lost due to imposing these sanctions. I am sure it would have helped towards filling a gap in the coffers caused by rightly (or wrongly depending on your views) helping the Ukraine war mission.
They still have a way to go they were awarded at IPO
Angela Bacares 80,724,000
Michael Lynch 30,761,750
Still too many shares locked up any buyer would need to entice the likes of Summit and KKR to sell theirs. Though there was an interesting point at IPO
Lock-up Arrangements
Sell-down Coordination Agreement among Certain Shareholders
The Summit Shareholders and KKR DA have informed the Company that they intend to enter into an agreement
regarding the coordination of potential future sales of Shares (such agreement, the “Sell-down Coordination
Agreement”), conditional upon Admission. The Sell-down Coordination Agreement is intended to be entered into
for a term of two years (with the agreement being terminated with respect to an individual shareholder upon such
individual shareholder (together with its associates) ceasing to hold 2% or more of the Company’s share capital
and voting rights). Under the Sell-down Coordination Agreement, the parties to the agreement intend to agree (i)
to certain sales restrictions with respect to the Shares held by them and (ii) to coordinate sales of larger stakes in
the Company by way of an obligation to notify each other of such sales, with a right for the other shareholders to
participate in any such sale.
That 2 years runs out beginning of May.
Charles you have highlighted that every single day for 5 1/2 months.
You come across as one of those lads that you meet up for a pint with who still goes on about his ex. Even though she left him and is now getting banged by someone new. Let it go Charles she isn't coming back and neither is TB.
Fairly obvious a takeover is never going to happen in the near future. If anyone had intentions of a takeover they would have been buying shares up like crazy when it was at all time lows. Not enough free float to open a serious position.
Though Charles if this is the last bit of hope you have because you are not intelligent enough to understand that. Then crack on with your relentless boring daily ramping.
Very much so, difficult but not impossible to do. As a business once you notice a group of newly registered posters pushing the same negative agenda you can request for the online site to look into the IP addresses and see if they are linked. If there are multiple accounts on one IP address the best option is to ask for that IP address to be blocked, which most online sites will agree too because it isn't worth getting caught up in the middle of.
Good to see you managed to get a disruptive thread removed. But no business is going to chase a forum for the IP address of a poster who has posted some dodgy posts. They would struggle to win a libel case showing the posts caused serious harm to the business.
Yes I noticed that Watchman which only reinforces my point. Charles tries to control the flow of this forum with his constant posting of nonsense which allows quality content to be missed.
Most of the old members worked him out when he was under CR. I never forget when he was promising to take a female poster on here out for a glass of wine in Paris when he made £300 on a days trade. Not surprisingly she soon disappeared.
