Says the deal with Hebei over Tant Valley was paid and completed Dec 2022. If that is true, why does KZG say it is still outstanding and KZG is still not taking action for the large contractual balance. Has that large balance been received by Dec 22 but spent elsewhere? I think we are entitled to a full explanation!!! Without it there is no way anyone will support a Placing.

Thanks Canis. I had failed to realize the P140 study only started as recently as Dec last. I would not have expected any update for six months so we should expect one soon, probably with the results. If the study update is decent, the raise will be a lot easier (or IMM might choose to sell some Incanthera to keep the lights on).

They are still sticking at £2.50 for the Tender Offer and my inclination is just to ignore because there is far more value in the company. Also by the time the offer is over and we actually receive our cash, there is a good chance of news on at least one of the products at present in the works that may increase the value way beyond £2.50.

My reason is simple: if P140 was going to be a no-no, our independent tester would have said so before now. I am sure they are not short of other work to take on. So the longer they keep us waiting for an interim report, (ironically) the better. No news here is good news.

Perhaps they have realized they are yet again undervaluing their own assets. What is more, the longer they take, the more progress they may be making in their other founded entities. I hold quite a lot of these and I do agree they could perhaps use a public relations manager to gloss up their image (kick the proverbial when needed)

I've been investing since 1963, so seen it all at least three times over. Impossible to time it so all I am warning is don't be too greedy. If we are lucky enough to see our quality performers up say an average of 40-50%, don't wait for 75% overall. Some of my 'speccies' will go bust and one or two might rocket. I am not including those. I am directing my comment only at the quality stuff in most portfolios. If like me you take a few gambles, we are obviously playing our luck with all those.
