Sharemeister - a lot CAN happen here in 7-9 months with a couple of million quid to spend. A few sacks of sand dug from a few different locations and sent for speeded up results will send this SP rocketing if they are any good.

There are many derampers here and, in fairness, they may have a point. But it is not true that Sri Lanka makes massive money from mineral sands or that such sands are common and of no value. At this point it is a gamble and there is a possibility that it become simply a Directors' plaything. I am not going to sell and may even add accepting it is not recommended for widows and orphans!

...has talked of one crucial pricing aspect: falling interest rates and the expected effect on good dividend paying shares. It is extremely likely that as they fall, the SP of shares like LGEN will become vastly sought after and the SP will rise accordingly.

Give this 12mths and I am looking for a 50% uplift.

.....do we wait for RNS to move this wretched SP upwards? On paper we have assets which should have a value multiples of our SP, so there is a case for a 'for Sale' sign and delist rather than appalling silence.

This could still go either way but we shall make up our minds tomorrow. If its quick drill holes and result of samples, then that's the throw of dice but what else can we expect at this stage?

I agree that there has to be SOMETHING by now that the co could tell us,and it is not encouraging that they choose not to, but sadly, this is AIM, so what can you expect? Let's just hope that when it comes, it's worth the wait.

Bought some of these cum div and ex-rights, which has actually turned out fine. Surfing aboutI also noticed that one of Synectics clients was.....National Grid! Taking the view that for a comparatively new and smallish quoted co, that was a nice contract for Synectics to have, I now hold some of them too! By all means take a look but DYOR.
