.....decided to average down for the second time! Hope I am proved correct and this class act comes through with decent figures next month from their new Auditors. Of course the delay also, in my opinion, works in their favour, because it takes so long for their debt cases to finish that they receive payment for successful cases some 12-15 months after they receive them. So in addition to the delayed 2023 Accounts, we should get guidance for this year's to date. Plenty of bankruptcy and liquidation continuing - bread, butter and jam for this co!

Hang on folks! We have an enforceable contract. We should at least be enforcing that, if possible through the courts. If you or I paid too much for a house we could not lower the price after contracts are exchanged. Our board ought AT LEAST to be getting written advice from lawyers.

Lesley50 - uncertainty will always be baked in to this type of investment, but I look at what they are seeking and their record to date. That's why I am still here. If and when they have another wonder drug or process approved, they will either rocket or be on the end of a bid. Probably up to a 12 month wait.

Nice to have such an RNS but remember we are dealing with Africa! I can see that once we do get something positive. the SP will rise to between 1p and 1.5p and then there will be a strong case for a share consolidation of 50, or perhaps even 100, existing shares for a single new one.

IF our Tant Valley situation resolves and we get the £8M or so we are owed, I can see a rosy future, but that is not assured and suing a Chinese company is not to be undertaken lightly, even if the case looks a foregone conclusion. For now I hold my large clump!

LanceB - ITs and others are realising that there are significant savings to be made by getting larger through merging. Cuts out expensive office space and some pricey managers. Hopefully the 'panel' management style carries on working long term.

I have a hunch that Avon have a section briefed to work on at least one new product in the sector of protective devices in wartime. This would only be sensible and I do not expect to hear anything official for some time. What could it be? Perhaps some device to protect the wearer from radioactivity after a nuclear explosion? Only a hunch and not in the present share price but my holding is not for sale. Might start thinking at over £20.

Glad you are keeping me company in this long wait. Hopefully by end Oct we should be a mere elephant's phart from producing electricity and having a huge queue of Africans wanting to pay us vast sums to have some of our ever increasing action. Enjoy the sun in the meantime!

Agree with all others here for ages. Also wonder what we are doing with all the water being siphoned out of these holes. Must have some use and therefore a value. Never been told. Never been accounted for. Badly need this RNS and UPBEAT delivery!
