The legals in India make me very doubtful of what they allege. Knowing the way they play their legal system -if it goes to court it may take five or more years - so would probably be cheaper for the company to do make no admissions and try to settle. I have known their judges falling ill for delay, retiring etc etc!

...all the sells showing are actually buys. Not for the faint-hearted but if next news is good, these will move beyond £2 again. Also when already created drugs and therapies start paying back under contract provisions, annual results will look rosier. And there is always the hope of a bid. Still holding and hoping.

May also hear what Dennis is doing to get our payment (and interest) out of Hebei . I mean there's got to be over £9M owing with the interest and that would make a huge impact on our capital value. .

....has never been worse with record number of businesses folding. Can only get worse, in my view, and after third quarter day, vast number of restaurants and cafes are likely to default on rent having done just OK during the holiday season. This could not really be any better for our company. I invested at much higher prices but can see a sharp rebound after the figures -at least I cannot see any reason why not.
