But (you knew there would be a 'but') if they are not willing or able to pay what is awarded, then it might not be quick or easy to enforce the award, particularly because Hebei are a Chinese outfit and the award is in Africa. Of course that is likely to be a reason why it may be worth taking a lower cash offer.

There's always at least one talking down the SP so they can try to tuck in on the cheap! No logical reasoning -just trying to sew big doubt. OK, these are a gamble but the odds are reasonable and you don't have to raid the piggy bank to have a flutter like me!

Interest rates in USA are shortly going to fall by around 50 basis points and we usually follow USA. U,K Investors will pile into these Dividend work-horses in their ISAs to get the ever better dividends with good amount of safety. So the purchase prices should rise with the increase in demand.

I cannot predict what will l be in the Budget but for now some 30% of my portfolio is between AV, MNG and LGEN.

JSB - you are 100% correct, or at least I think you are. At some point soon I can see these in play with a silly £2 bid. Hopefully this will start a war because they have more cash than that with IT and milestones in there for nothing.

They have already covered the money question with the term loan (or whatever it's called). So it's just further waste of our money putting up unnecessary updates. We will get one when we go into production!
