Hi Animal. My knowledge is as old as I am and does not extend much outside UK. Perhaps their best bet would be to apply to wind up Hebei in China if that is open to them, but it may be that there are already confidential talks going on.

Not much new but Hebei have made their written reps to the Arbitrator and our boss reckons he will announce when it will take place quite soon. Lots of confidential stuff happening and I suspect sand sampling is a candidate. I am sitting tight and hoping Hebei don't just flatly refuse to comply with any order made and compel us to enforce!

Topped up yesterday only to see shake out today, but not too worried, Definitely something interesting happening here and now hold just under 500000 in the p/f.

....took their fast profits on Friday and we were still marginally ahead at the close. So my opinion is that no serious investor is going to fall for a bid without much more information and that is not going to happen for a while yet. So I shall smile for a change and wait to take some cream away and run the rest long.

Hi Silverblade! I seem to be having a run of good luck and am holding 12% or more of cash in the ISA with only profits on those sales. Furthermore TWO of my speccies have surged to profit and are still held. So I am in a position to pick and choose when to begin 'bottom fishing' for once in this life!

Now wiped away the limit order and that ups my available cash in the ISA to around 12% for now, which contains nothing sold at a loss. But we all know the notorious stock market adage: 'No bells ring when the market hits bottom' !! We all need a bit of luck and a long(er) life.

Tornadotony -I too hold here and have got a limit buy live for 900. Its recent low is 826 and the way the market is, I am thinking of revising the limit lower!
