I too enjoy dividends but the name of today's game (and a few tomorrows) is galloping inflation. Invest a large part of your portfolio to take account of that probability and you might be alright from 2023 onwards. I know I am forgoing some jam now but look for inflation protection now. Start with TIPS.

This lousy market right now is so undervaluing our co. Onano will be at a fat premium end of first day's trading. I reckon between £2 and £3 over the £4.50. And our other holdings are not exactly overvalued in our existing SP. I just hope we hold onto (or buy back in the after-market) a large holding in Onano because by Sept 2021 I would not be surprised if they changed hands at tenner a pop!

I am sure this is a matter of extreme concern to all small (very now!) shareholders. No RNS this week would be tantamount to S&S proving that they are, what some here have said all along, in it only for their large fees and not for anyone else, like most other directors of AIM cos. There was really nothing terribly wrong with the last RNS but this market expected a bonanza like immediately which would have been nice but was somewhat unrealistic. Like many others a 4-babber from here would just about cut me even and seems unlikely the way things are. surely S&S realize that wothout their immediate input there is little hope of ever turning this ship round. A share consolidation like UJOs would be the final straw and looks like it could be next.

I have learnt over the years the hard way Not to 'average down' unless you are absolutely certain with good reason that the share will shoot up the same week , which hardly ever is the case on AIM. Regard it as tossing more your hard-earned into a bottomless pit. You have been warned. I obviously HOPE this will come good and get me out of trouble, but am I going to 'average down' again? Not on your life!!

Cannot see any reason why they should be discouraging. Even the weather has favoured popping out to the boozer and, especially, sitting out in the evening enjoying a drink or three. Plus I can see a bit of takeover action at some point.

Trying to stay positive, we were never about the coal. My understanding has always been that we were all about METHANE, which I believed can be transformed to electricity. If this is correct, then it is down to Hanno to put out the RNS fast making this clear. If I am wrong, then we are still owed a clarification before liquidation! I think we are oversold but no more pouring of my money into this particular hole.

Could not agree more. Nano is the hottest stock to hit London in years and this co owns 15%. It is probably obliged to sell a chunk in the public offering. I hope that they are not precluded from just buying them straight back because I see more mileage in them even if they do open with a hefty premium. IPO is also not a one-trick pony and, as you say, has possibility of increasing dividends over time. And I reiterate your conclusion. Do your own research. Its not rot rocket science.

And the Albert Embankment (LFB) development recently lost after call-in is far from over. As someone who used to be in the business I can assure you there is much discussion between parties and planners which will result in a fresh application soon. All parties will try very hard to overcome the political objections of the one that failed. Site is just too important to London to be undeveloped.

Total value of entire capital of SEED. First IPO, presumably of 25-35% of Leap, must leave us worth at least double.

For once I might have bought more correctly. This will be carefully re-examined after the IPO of Nano and whilst it will hit a top and then fall back a bit, I am not a seller at all. It pays divis, still not much , but it is just being appreciated. I hope they trickle some into the Nano aftermarket and hold on to a decent amount. Can see it doubling in next 15 months or so.

...end of this month should be encouraging, bearing in mind how little time properly open. their City Centre property values will take longer to even out but hopefully will be ahead y this time next year.
