This is going to be a severe test of patience for all. I for one for once will show that patience. We've been promised the first takeover news this year with further expansion next year. The longer the news takes the longer the company I assume is doing the due diligence required to deliver successful value adding acquisitions. So I'm prepared to wait. I'm no where near as committed as TT and I'm certainly not in love, but I'm fairly confident my average of 6.5p will deliver me a reasonable profit in 2018. D.

Hi Mulder Normally I'm looking for a profitable out as soon as I'm in, not so easy this time even after doubling my stake I'm still averaging high 260's. Any takeover talk with teeth would obviously be advantageous in the short term towards some kind of a quick recovery. However I don't particularly want to hold another share in expectation of the money making RNS, which in my personal experience usually comes to late. Haven't thought about a strategy yet,will give it some thought. D.

Just another manufactured undervalued share to be played with by the powers that be. Followed your lead Mulder doubled up at a tad over 240p on Friday. Be interested to see if current price expedites any kind of takeover or even takeover rumours. Whatever last weeks chop would appear on the face of it to be overdone, We'll find out soon enough. D.

Hi Darryl. Current buyback programme finished today. Plan was to buyback a maximum of £60 million pounds worth for cancellation from mid. July to mid. Sept, should get news soon of what they actually bought. D.

Hi Steello. Long time no speak. All but £200 million cut in market cap. Predominately because of a £27 million exceptional loss on the balance sheet. Could be I've not read interim results properly and the drop has materialised from there, don't think so mind you. Whatever, seems a no brainer to load up at this level. Squeaky bum time tomorrow how much to top up. 315p average so drastic action required. Mulder's doubled up, not sure I'm that brave. D.

Agreed Dan Assuming early summer takeover rumours had merit you would expect any possible takeover to change into overdrive now. Big investors hold a chunk here so would expect them to push it. Hovered over the sell button yesterday, didn't execute, isn't it always the way !!!!! D.

My post only quotes what was in the fund raising circular. I have no concerns that the acquisition strategy will not be a company growing strategy. If I'm wrong well it won't be the first time. This is not a short term investment for me, happy to wait. D.

The company said in the fund raising circular that they had identified 20 possible takeover targets and were actively speaking to 10 of them with the expectation that the first acquisition would be finalised second half 2017 with further acquisitions through 2018. They have also stated that any acquisitions would be revenue, profit and EBITA. positive in the short term. Today's RNS. does nothing to tell me the company has back tracked in any way on their fund raising promises. D.

Mystic Meg was never going to be required to inform us this was going to settle around and hopefully stay around the fund raise price until the awaited company growing acquisitions become known. The company has made it known that any acquisition made would be revenue and profit generative in the short term. So on that premis I am content to wait patiently through the necessary due diligence part of the ongoing acquisition trail. That being said I still hope we hear something in this third quarter of the year. D.

I'm encouraged with the positive comments of the long term holders posting here. I don't see a meteoric short time rise but it would appear to be a no brainer that as the company grows through acquisition that there could be no significant rise from where we are. D.

I think you've got time to do your DD before deciding whether to invest or not can't see any major movement till the market analysis of any acquisitions.
